Zero……and I mean 0 stars . Finally got my refund after several calls from WB harassing me to remove my negative review from Trust a Pilot.They even sent me a link to do so. I then received calls everyday informing me that I will get a refund but could I please remove the negative review” The review is an accurate account of my experience with this unprofessional , so called travel company - whose mere core is based on getting more money from unassuming customers.

A Disgruntled Customer
I felt distressed throughout this whole process. I was told to wait for a phone call.. I didn’t receive one for a month. Kundan was helpful however I would have preferred a full refund. I am satisfied with the holiday, however, I think customer engagement could be massively improved. It seems the company is overly concerned with holiday add ons and making their customers pay excessive amounts of money for ‘upgrades’. The advertising of the £99 Wowcher holiday is not the same in practice. I am glad to have the holiday booked and my communications with Weekender finished. Kundan was helpful with finding me another holiday, but in the space of 4 mins the cost of the holiday increased from £80 to £100 excess. I would not recommend this experience to others.

Overall helpful and pleasant!
Nothing negative to say about the person that assisted me however I assume the company tells the employees to coerce the customers into writing a positive review and claiming it is "part of the booking process" and that I could not proceed until I had emailed proof of completing a review. After being on the call for over an hour (which was not necessarily the employee's fault), I said I would leave a review later but was told multiple times I had to do it there and then despite having issues gaining access to my account.
Before my experience with the company I looked at the reviews on here and found them to be very positive, this is an obvious explanation as to why that is.
Not saying the company was bad, but didn't appreciate the approach taken towards being practically forced to write a review.
