Very frustrated. There are three charges on my account and none of them are for what should be the total of my order (2 blue tooth speakers at a special rate). I was charged for 7 total, not at the special rate. Seven arrived. I want to send back, but it has been radio silence. I've started a dispute with my bank. Not happy at all.

Initially I was excited to order 5 speakers based on great pricing and the sites statements about them having great sound and best bass. I made the purchase and then my wife asked if I had seen all of the poor customer reviews. After reading them, I decided it was smarter to just get 1 speaker to try and went back to my initial purchase link. The purchase screen actually allowed me to change to only buying 1 speaker since the initial purchase had not processed . Long story short, I received 6 speakers! 1 speaker arrived and then a package of 5 arrived. I tried the 1 speaker and, like so many others, found it to sound cheap, it had NO bass, and the volume was very poor. Over a 5 day period, I sent emails to request a refund for the 5 speakers and finally received the following excuse. “Please note that we are unable to cover the return shipping costs, as these fees are paid directly to the courier and not to us.” In other words, yes, we made the mistake, but dear customer, you pay for it. DO NOT purchase from WallSound since you will be disappointed in every respect!

i never got my order for the earbud and the smart bracelet didnt work

The advertising was very misleading.. This speaker has Zero bass, no matter what music I played.
All reviews and hype about this speaker are false.
Double down and buy quality unit for more money.
When I told their customer service this was a piece of trash, they suggested gifting it to someone and buy our earbuds instead, they have best quality.

I wish I read all the poor reviews on Trust Pilot before I purchased their Walla Sound Buds . After just three days of use. they would not stay paired to my phone. If they did, the left ear bud would not come on.
Like some other reviewers said, they were rated high on a 'Ten Best Ear Bud ' site which makes me reason that there will be more companies like Walla Sound that is going to use false advertising agents to ramp up their sales.It is what is going to make people distrust and will ruin the whole Internet business. I myself feel at this point, I will now only deal with real people in a real store where I can get real solutions if I need them from now on.
I contacted their AI phone messaging system twice but I have not heard anything back from them. It's disheartening to realize that here's just another example of how these giant start up business are being modeled just to lie and steal your last dime.

My 2 sets work great, sound good and have at least noticeable background noise reduction.

It has been over a week, and ups has not even picked it up yet. Think I was scammed. Well I got them. They connected ones. The left one did not work. They are now in the trash. Do not buy them.

Bought 2 pair. One for the hubalubadubdub & one for me. On mine the Left earbud stopped charging. Also they hurt my ear, can't have the right one ( the only one that works) in too long. Hubs is having same issues. Don't bother with getting a refund, they'll just talk you into another pair / partial refund. Honestly my wired skullcandy have lasted years & paid 8 bucks for them. Don't waste your time & money.

This company is a complete rip rip off. Tried to return items after I received them. They said shipping was free. They charge me for shipping.. They told me they They couldn’t find an order number the same as mine. Then they stop Replying to emails. I have not open products and I have contested the charge with my credit card company. This company is a complete scam.

Right ear bud doesn’t work. No return phone call and they sure won’t answer, 1 email response, now dead silence. If they’d be honest I’d not have written this.
The joke was on me though, I bought from them.
I tried getting ahold of them for a week before I did this as I don’t like negative reviews unless all else fails.
Run…… I just got a call and they said they are sending new replacements out to me. Once I get them I may revise this to better.

I bought the ear buds 3 months ago and after wearing them twice I needed to change the ear piece. The different sizes do not fit and the rubber ring will not stay on. Every time I put them in the left bud falls out. I contacted customer support and received a canned response. I'm stuck with them and just wasted my hard earned money.

This is nothing but a scam!! Will not pair to Bluetooth. Requires code that is not provided. You have to guess the device Bluetooth name. I guess it's PWS??

Terrible delivery! States 2-3 days actually takes 12.

Horrible speaker, scam, do not buy

Can not figure out to make speaker work. Poor instructions and poor utube instructions. So far, hate I spent the money. How this speaker got rated as #1 mini speaker is beyond me. Hey, about an hour later I tried again to get speaker working and somehow I did. Glad of that! Still, sound wise, I anticipated more than it provides. My BOSE mini has a far better sound and bass sound is better. Don't know why it was rated #2 in survey I looked at. The BOSE did cost more though it's the quality I treasure. I would have payed more to get another BOSE had I known.

Horrible speaker, horrible service. I bought two and immediately found them lacking in bass and having a tinny sound. I contacted them to arrange a return and after following their convoluted instructions, including providing them with a tracking number, they received the return package. It's been two weeks and my support ticket now shows being "solved" but no refund. This company is a scam. Update: After a month, I did finally get a refund.

I believe this company is a scam. They gave me an address for return and the package was sent back with "no known address."

I have had this speaker 2 months and it wont power on. No bass as advertised. Battery life gets shorter after several weeks. Should have bought a JBL speaker.

I purchased a walla wireless speaker and it has not worked since I purchased it. The buttons are hard to push. The two end speakers are flinsy and do not fit where I think they should. Not worth the money I spent on it. I was unable to return due to out of town for work.

Unbelievably terrible speaker! This is the first negative review Ive ever written, which should scream volumes! Not even 1 of the 3 speakers works for more than 15 minutes. On only one occasion have I been able to get 2 speakers to create stereo sound; rarely can get even one to pair with blue tooth. The sound quality is tinny with almost no bass. Do Not Buy!
