Don't buy this product what they say is not true it is a total rip off no volume at all no big deal on the sound I mean a person could talk louder than this speaker puts out! Thanks Walla for a totally ripping me off you suck!!

I ordered ONE bluetooth speaker, but as I was checking out an offer popped up to get a second one for $29.99 (not $49.99). Sure, why not, then I can pair them! Then, another offer popped up offering earbuds at $17.99. I wasn't looking to buy earbuds, but at that price, sure. The checkout page showed the correct amounts, but as soon as I hit "submit" the price changed. Suddenly, the earbuds were $59.99! I emailed them immediately and they asked me for screen shots! Seriously? Eventually they did credit my card $35.00, but when I received the speakers only ONE of the two had the charging cord. Emails were ignored. They are a horrible company to deal with. Don't waste your money. I wish I hadn't.

Absolutely no bass although they are advertised as having terrific bass. Cheap price and cheap product. I’ll pay more for my Bose and listen to quality speaker

Bought two Walla Sound bluetooth speakers after reading stellar reviews on sound quality and length of charge on battery. I use speakers for commuting to and from work because I have an older truck that doesn't have bluetooth connectivity. Went into this open minded and excited to have some good speakers at a good price. Wish I hadn't thrown the boxes away. These speakers don't link with one another, sound quality is worthless and charge is 2.5 hours on a good day. These might be alright for someone who listens to bubblegum pop music or audio books where quality makes no difference but if you enjoy your music don't get them. The only reason I gave them one star is because they come with short shoelace lanyards. Needless to say, my Walla Sound speakers are on their way to join the discarded boxes in the landfill.

Horrible product!! Shockingly bad sound. Tried calling, but lines are “down”. Emails to support came back as undeliverable. This place is a SCAM!

The sound quality is not good for music. Fine for voice. The things stopped. charging after three months so they are now dead. Walla Sound refused to replace the buds or send a new charging unit. Don't go anywhere near these things.

Awful! Just awful.
- the controls are awkward
- my left bud took forever to charge and then wouldn't hold the charge
- I've had difficulty connecting to both my wife's IPhone and my Galaxy
- the sound of the buds is okay at best.

But the okay sound in the buds is far better than on Walla's tinny-sounding portable speaker. I truly think the transistor radio my parents had back in the 1970s had better sound than this thing.

One saving grace is that customer service was really responsive. They were very quick to respond to my emails and did make some attempt to help out. I hadn't shipped my products back within 30 days, so I was stuck with them. Nonetheless, I contacted customer service to let them know how displeased I was with my purchase and to see if I could have the one bud replaced. They offered me a $50 gift card, which was appreciated but, frankly, using it would be simply throwing good money after bad.

They broke within a month, one of them stopped charging. Zero response when I contacted customer service about. Don’t waste your money.

The speakers are a joke. If they connect, and that is rare, the sound is ok. BUT, they rarely connect. One order took three weeks and the replacement order was here in two days. One was missing cables and the other just would not pair. I also got two sets of earbuds. Absolutely a mistake. I could not rate less than one.

The speaker had a cracked part, when I reach out in January requesting a refund or a replacement, they seem more then helpful. HOWEVER, they asked me to send a photo proof, they claimed they can open the file. Conversation back and forth since January, the problem was not my issues, it seem to turn into a delay tactic. It took longer for me to get a response to the point it was past 30 days. A broken item was shipped to me and they refuse to replace the item. I would not recommend them.

If I could give this company Zero stars, I would. I purchased a Bluetooth speaker from WallaSound after seeing the return for 100% refund (return shipping paid by me) 30 day guarantee. While waiting for it to arrive, I had second thoughts about the quality of the product so knew I would be returning it upon arrival after contacting them. Tried to contact at the customer service phone number (on the website) but no matter what day of the week or time of day, always got the “sorry we are closed” & “leave a message & we will call you back,” My call was never returned. Sent an email (from the website) and received an offer of 25% off plus a $50 gift card toward my next purchase from WallaSound. I replied saying no thank you & asked for their directions for returning product. I did this several times over several days & heard nothing. I looked up product return address. I then sent an email stating that I was returning item using tracking number without pre-authorisation as they never responded to any of my calls or emails. Further, I expected a response & refund from them or I would let my bank’s fraud department deal with it, I waited a week from when they received my return and nothing. My bank has refunded the purchase amount & investigating this company. Do not do business with them. You’ve been warned.

I ordered a Bluetooth speaker on 2/25. Was sent tracking emails that the speaker had been shipped by USPS. I reached out to them on 3/4 to which they said the package was in transit. Given the transit station was in FL where I live, I should have received it. And oh by the way, there wouldn’t be any transit issues with USPS as they are claiming on their website. This company is NOT legitimate! Since my emails asking for a full refund, they have not responded to me. I will be putting poor reviews on them anywhere I can to hopefully prevent this to happening to others.

Sound was actually a bit better (boomier base) than the Bose earbuds which had crapped out on me These things almost immediately lost their rubber fit collars and sure enough about 9 months later the right one ceased to function, by which time I'd already given up on them because no-one could hear me speaking in phone conversations. They had their chance, not buying anything from these scheisters ever again....... 👎

These earbuds are NOT made for telephone conversations. The other person can barely hear you. That was the whole reason I bought them. I actually bought two since they were offering a discount and free shipping if you bought the second one. They ended up charging me for shipping ($9.99) and I had to write them an email explaining the situation. Apparently, they corrected the problem. I had to return them (no reason to keep them if they don't work) on my own cost (which is written in the fine print so I can't say I didn't know that). After more than a week of messaging back and forth (with the tracking number), they confirmed that the reimbursement had been made. I still need to check my banking account. Too bad they don't have these reviews posted on their website.

I am hoping they are good but I bought them 5 days ago for my holiday but they my have so far sent me 8 spam emails to update my order which tells me this is a scam company as no reputable company will keep emailing you to pay for more items to update my order which also means postage will be very slow as they haven’t posted my items in five days of paying

I hope some day to change my review -- I've been waiting for 5 weeks for my purchase. No help at all offered by the business. I've assumed its just lost money. Be careful, I am now the proud owner of some Jabra earbuds which I am extremely happy with.

I had purchased these after I read reviews that these ear buds were so great, they were absolute trash. Very poor sound quality, musical notes you couldn't even hear and NO BASS. Call quality was WORSE with static constantly. I contacted what was allegedly their "customer service", apparently one person who looks at emails when she dam well pleases. I was given an address where I should send the buds back and did all that I was instructed to do, for NOTHING!!! I have yet to hear back from them, no acknowledgement if they received the buds back and certainly NOTHING about my refund. I am contacting my attorney, not because I want money back but to send a message that I'm not going to let them just walk away from their responsibilities!!

Don’t buy them, Wish I could give negative stars, purchased ear buds, had trouble from day one, notified company multiple times, ZERO response, even told them, fix issue n ill leave good review, nothing, I really think they just want your email, I’ve received at least 10 advertisement emails from them. Writing off $69.00

K, after ordering 2 pair of walla buds pro, I read these reviews and cringed. But for the price how could I go wrong? So I have worn them now for a week in a metal shop where I work which is very loud with grinders, polishers, punches, ect. These buds absolutely rock my day all day. The sound quality bass and acoustics are like wearing Dre Buds, but last longer (9 hour shift). Comfort is superior compared to Dre or Galaxy buds. Yup, I am very satisfied, sometimes I think I should be feeling the thump and vibration in my chest like standing next to a 6 foot stadium speaker. Yes they are pretty f**king amazing.

Bluetooth speakers given for Christmas I found rated BETTER THAN BOSE I OWN, so I thought I would purchase. BIG MISTAKE. Have tried to return broken speaker 4 times now in writing, and due to the poorest customer 'service', the entire order is going back. I have written to at least 4 customer 'service' people who request photos and reasons and 'we'll get back to you' responses EVERY time. NEVER AGAIN. I will go back to Bose and Ebay if I have to. I may report to DISCOVER and I would give this company a zero if I could...BUYER BEWARE!
