K, after ordering 2 pair of walla buds pro, I read these reviews and cringed. But for the price how could I go wrong? So I have worn them now for a week in a metal shop where I work which is very loud with grinders, polishers, punches, ect. These buds absolutely rock my day all day. The sound quality bass and acoustics are like wearing Dre Buds, but last longer (9 hour shift). Comfort is superior compared to Dre or Galaxy buds. Yup, I am very satisfied, sometimes I think I should be feeling the thump and vibration in my chest like standing next to a 6 foot stadium speaker. Yes they are pretty f**king amazing.

Bluetooth speakers given for Christmas I found rated BETTER THAN BOSE I OWN, so I thought I would purchase. BIG MISTAKE. Have tried to return broken speaker 4 times now in writing, and due to the poorest customer 'service', the entire order is going back. I have written to at least 4 customer 'service' people who request photos and reasons and 'we'll get back to you' responses EVERY time. NEVER AGAIN. I will go back to Bose and Ebay if I have to. I may report to DISCOVER and I would give this company a zero if I could...BUYER BEWARE!

I gave the Walla Sound earbuds and speaker as Christmas gifts to a relative. I was beyond embarrassed when he opened the gift, where one of the earbuds did not work, the speaker was completely muffled and everything felt pretty flimsy, something you would pick up from a toy store.
Also, when I called to return, instead of making it easy, I was told to mail it back and call back again with a tracking number. So, after shipping charges I now have to pay for shipping again and provide them with a tracking number.
Product and customer service both suck. Crazy to think that they have the audacity to be in business... bunch of scammers. So, please beware and stay away from them.

Got the wallabud earbuds and they suck. To turn on and off you gotta hold the side for three seconds. There's no button you just gotta hope you're holding the right spot. It never lets you turn it off without beeping too early only a second in. So it takes a few tries just to turn on or off my earbuds.
So great, so glad we let crappy companies make crappy cash grab products to rip everyone off with. Buy something else.

Order these weeks ago, bought 4 for the deal, We have not seen them and the tracking number does not work, I have sent many emails asking where the product is and to get a better tracking number but all I keep receiving is their Auto email advising they will get back to us but to date crickets. RUN do not buy these going to deal with paypal on refund and buy a reputable set for the family.

Poor quality earbuds - I requested a return immediately. They delayed until it was past the 30 day return window. I wish I had come here first - earbuds died after being used less than 20 times.

Customer service is crappy. After many attempts to confirm a refund of the scratchy one of two speakers, I sent the scratchy one back and hope to see a refund but am not expecting it. Ok product for the second speaker… the one I kept. Buyer beware! Besides crap customer service can we agree their quality control in manufacturing also sucks ?

I purchased 2 after reading some reviews online and the discounted price offered (only available when purchasing 2). I was so excited to receive my speaker! Although, it arrived later than tracking anticipated ~ which was a challenge since I use my speaker for clients at work.
When I opened the box, the sides of the speaker was scratched and the sound was "scratchy" especially with a higher volume. This scratchy sound continues even when the sound is not on which is challenging when trying to create an ambiance with clients.

The worst poorly made product with absolutely no customer service .. no guarantee.. huge waste of money.. over promised under delivered .. the sound was tinny as if the speaker as broken before it arrive .. the customer service wanted to send me Pennies on the dollar no customer service to speak to .. no contact customer service team with a contact number.. Do Not purchase you will be extremely upset with yourself .. get a damn land line with 800 number .. we need old fashioned customer service and not your AI Donna Joyner

NEVER received my order. Customer service assured me that they would send order out SOON. But USPS still shows "Label created- USPS waiting for item"
Ordered 3 (yes, I'm kicking myself) on 11/03/2024.
Emailed customer service 11/13/2024. STILL NOTHING. Have filed a complaint with PAYPAL. Will look into Better Business Bureau next.

It does not work..I want my money back..60.00 dollars not worth it

Wow did I waste my money. I’m glad I didn’t take advantage of their “offer” of buying two. The sound is terrible. I would compare it to the sound you get from a blown out speaker. The flap that is supposed to protect the jacks in the back does not stay down which pretty much voids their claim on waterproof. I tried calling the customer service number but after 72hrs of ringing I hung up. I would strongly suggest to spend the money on a better quality speaker and to stay away from this one. Word to the wise do not look at reviews that say “sponsored”, they are bias.

I ordered a Walla speaker. It arrived without a charging cord. I wrote and they said this was an issue that happened during packing at the warehouse. They offered me a 10% off.

I told him it was unacceptable that I needed this specific charging cord, but they acted as though they never received my response. They keep sending me emails trying to sell new items to me.

Fortunately, I found out there’s a little link cord that I can use for charging, but it’s inconvenient since it’s only about 6 inches long.

There was a problem both with the product received and with customer service.

The speaker works adequately, which is why I’m giving it The two stars

I was looking for some quality blue tooth ear buds to treat myself to as a birthday gift. I am a musician and sound quality is a big deal for me.

I ran across an article in which a "reviewer" posted his opinion on 'The Ten Best Wireless Buds and Earphones." He stated that out of all of these, when comparing price, sound quality, and ease of use that he rated the Walla Pro Buds as his #1 choice--giving them a rating above many other more well known manufacturers.
Thus, I ordered these and found that they did give a good sound quality especially for the price. (I even ordered two of them to have one as a backup.)
Fast forward 6 months later to have the problem of them not pairing and connecting with my iPhone. (As other customer reviews above have noted, this especially is pertinent to the right earbud.
When I order these, the order form clearly stated that if there was an issue, Walla would covered for 2yrs with the right to replace them rather than giving a refund. That policy was fine with me, but when I called their customer service # 1-(856) 386-6959, I got a "customer service agent" named Sara who was VERY rude and who was dedicated to telling me they only guarantee their products for "30 days".
Imagine that. What company is has so little belief in the quality of their product that they will only cover it for just 30 days.
The Jeopardy answer would be, "who is Walla?"

We tried to do some trouble shooting but she said the item needed to be replaced. (I tried to tell her what were the terms under which I had bought their product, but she hung up on me.

I tried to trouble shoot on my own with no success, so thought I would call back and talk with another agent. I did this twice again only to discover that this number was dedicated to 'Sara' and that she worked from home.
When I asked to be transferred to her supervisor, or to have someone from Corp call me, she hung up on me both times I made this request.

Bottom line, "If you have money to burn, enjoy the act of being abused by a 'Customer Service' agent when your product fails, by all means, purchase the Walla Pro Earbuds. You won't be disappointed!"

I bought these ear buds in Sept .2024
It’s now the end of Oct. 2024 - the charger cord is falling apart. I contacted the company with supporting photos . The response I got was:
Thanks for contacting Walla Sound Customer Support and I’m sorry to hear that your charger cord has begun to unravel. I understand how disappointing that can be.

After looking into your order, I see it was placed on September 5. Unfortunately, we’re only able to process returns and exchanges within 30 days from the order date, so we wouldn’t be able to offer a replacement at this time.

If the cord is no longer functioning, I recommend looking for a similar replacement to ensure your device stays charged and working properly.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM WALLA SOUND!! They won’t honor their product for any longer than 30 days!!!

Ordered ear buds after reading only reviews on their own site - big mistake. Read Trustpilot few days later and tried to stop order. No response from Customer Service to several communications. Ear Buds arrived and looked OK. Nicely boxed but the "Manual and Instruction" leaflets were as useful as a chocolate tea pot. The ear buds refuse to connect to any appliance via Bluetooth. Then tried email, phone and WhatsApp to report problem to Wallasound. No response. T&Cs state returns at customers expense - a joke as item is faulty. Have researched Internet but no UK contact detail. This company just takes your money and blanks any questions. Am now going to try and see if Visa will refund my money. DO NOT CONSIDER PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Order earbuds 1 week ago, tracking number not showing any movement, still have no information about shipment, not sure if it's a real deal, or paying one hundred bucks just to check legitimate company or not

it arrived on time and in working order... it just sounds terrible. The advertising is so false! If you want background music in an office or something, then fine. They make it out to be an audiophile piece with great base etc... so very wrong.
