Totally garbage!!!!

Totally garbage and nowhere as good as JBL so don’t waste your money on ANY of there products! I bought 2 of them first off they lie about how loud they play and they are soOo cheaply constructed it broke as soon as I dropped it on the carpet so I wouldn’t spend any money on any product that Walla sound makes, including their earbuds!

Shipped to the wrong address after I gave them my correct address TWICE

I recently moved across the country to start a new job, and I haven't yet gotten around to changing the billing address on my credit card. I placed an order for some wireless earbuds a week ago so I could listen to music during my bus ride to work. When filling out the details, I entered my new address as the shipping address, while entering my old address as the billing address, as it is still the address associated with my card.

When I submitted my order, the website had an error, and I was taken back to the order screen. I pressed the submit button again, and my order went through successfully.

Fast forward about 20 minutes, and I check the confirmation email that was sent to me automatically. The listed shipping address is listed as my billing address (reminder: across the country from my current address!). At the bottom of the confirmation, an email address is listed to contact support. 21 minutes after the order is placed, I send an email to support, informing them of the problem and clarifying my address. The next morning, I get a response letting me know that my request has been escalated to the fulfillment team, and that my address will be updated.

Today, I get an email in the middle of the workday letting me know that my order has been delivered, said email listing the correct shipping address as the delivery point. When I get home from work, my delivery is nowhere to be found, so I check the tracking info, and lo and behold, these morons shipped my package to the listed billing address, over 800 miles away from my current residence.

I will be requesting a refund. Please, save yourself the headache, and just order your earbuds from someone else.

Do not buy Walla speakers

Do not buy Walla speakers! I ordered one received it Feb 2026. The speaker blew up on May 7 2026. Will not stand behind product plus a fire hazard! Smoke filled my living room!

Do not buy

Do not buy. The sound is distorted. And don’t ask for a refund. You can’t call and if you email you get no response. They are happy to take your money but not to give back.

I finally got my refund after 1 month. And threatening with a lawsuit.

Hate

It is difficult for me to review negatively to products since jobs rely on such reviews.

Wrong on every aspect of every level.
Strongly put. I hate, yes hate, these earbuds.
It’s too late to get a refund, so whatever I get next, I have to add the cost of these pieces of crap.
DONT BUY. Honest warning.

Stay far away from these people!!

As some have said, I would give zero if I could. I have sent at least 10-15 emails and had the most ridiculous responses. First, when they continue to email me to sell more things, telling me I never completed my order, which I did. Second, requesting when I was going to receive my order. I finally received it. I ordered 3, of course for a cheaper price. Two work, one doesn't turn on no matter what I do. The sound is what I expect for $30. The back and forth with "customer service" is ridiculous, asking over and over for the same info, i.e. send a picture and we will let you know what is wrong. As if there is any physical damage. Gave me the same baloney others have said about returning, paying shipping out of my own pocket, putting order number on front of package, contacting them with tracking number but then ME telling THEM when they receive it. This is the second time I've been scammed in 2 weeks. You think you do the research, but everything is a lie and fake. Do not have anything to do with these people.

I bought sound buds which would not…

I bought sound buds which would not pair, I was offered 25% refund and 50% off any future purchase which they sent me a voucher for. Foolishly I ordered a speaker and paid the additional cost in August. I have NOT received the speaker 3 months later. I have emailed them on numerous occasions and have been fobbed of with lies and false promises. Definitely a SCAM

Ordered 4 speakers only received 3, customer service basically called me a liar. the so called support team hasn't responded after sending many emails. I can't get the 4th speaker or a refund, this makes them thieves in my opinion.Beware of this outfit the will stick it to you. I have been waiting for some kind of response for 5 days.

Purchased the Walla portable wireless speaker -- $49.99+ shipping, don't buy it, the product is trash, sound not that good compared to JBL, the off and on button stopped working after 9 mths, company refused to replace product.

walla soundless but customer service loud and clear

Did a google search for best bluetooth speaker and was sent to a site consumer expert review which rated the walla speaker a 9.9 over Bose, JBL, Sonos, Anker. Never heard of them, but decided to give them and chance because of the ratings. Went to site and they were 50 percent off for a limited time, so I bought one. When it arrived I was like wtf, this was no better that a speaker you may find on Temu, so within minutes I sent them a how do I return it request, the responded with an offer of 25 percent plus a gift card for 50 dollars and I get to keep the speaker I countered with 75 percent and no gift card, I refused, because that same consumer website rated all their products better than name brand with 50 percent off. They sent me return instructions and I immediately sent it back to them.
Update: Even though my opinions of the speaker were not the greatest, when it comes to customer service they are one of the best if not the best I have ever dealt with. Sent the speaker back on Saturday of a holiday weekend, they replied on the holiday and the refund was issued the same day.

Bluetooth speaker is ridiculously bad…

Bluetooth speaker is ridiculously bad in this day and age. I find it unlistenable at higher volumes: distortion, muddy separation, etc.
Advice: go to an outlet where speakers can be auditioned, before buying into any Internet hype.

False advertising

These speakers are absolute crap. They suck you in with their deals. The reviews have to be fake. There is no 8-10 hr charge either as stated on their site. Says right on the box 4 hrs only. There is no bass and limited volume. Buying 2 or more for 'surround sound' means you have more than 1 piece of crap.
Very very disappointed. Might as well throw your money out the car window. Do yourself a favor and get the JBL

Don't buy this product what they say is not true it is a total rip off no volume at all no big deal on the sound I mean a person could talk louder than this speaker puts out! Thanks Walla for a totally ripping me off you suck!!

Don't Buy From These Folks.

I ordered ONE bluetooth speaker, but as I was checking out an offer popped up to get a second one for $29.99 (not $49.99). Sure, why not, then I can pair them! Then, another offer popped up offering earbuds at $17.99. I wasn't looking to buy earbuds, but at that price, sure. The checkout page showed the correct amounts, but as soon as I hit "submit" the price changed. Suddenly, the earbuds were $59.99! I emailed them immediately and they asked me for screen shots! Seriously? Eventually they did credit my card $35.00, but when I received the speakers only ONE of the two had the charging cord. Emails were ignored. They are a horrible company to deal with. Don't waste your money. I wish I hadn't.

Walla Sound Speakers Not Worth The Free Shipping

Bought two Walla Sound bluetooth speakers after reading stellar reviews on sound quality and length of charge on battery. I use speakers for commuting to and from work because I have an older truck that doesn't have bluetooth connectivity. Went into this open minded and excited to have some good speakers at a good price. Wish I hadn't thrown the boxes away. These speakers don't link with one another, sound quality is worthless and charge is 2.5 hours on a good day. These might be alright for someone who listens to bubblegum pop music or audio books where quality makes no difference but if you enjoy your music don't get them. The only reason I gave them one star is because they come with short shoelace lanyards. Needless to say, my Walla Sound speakers are on their way to join the discarded boxes in the landfill.

Horrible product!! Shockingly bad sound. Tried calling, but lines are “down”. Emails to support came back as undeliverable. This place is a SCAM!
