More issues in 2 weeks than in 12 years of hosting with vps.net

1. First of all: Not a single issue was solved in 2 weeks! Please check the tickets 1024403, 1024254, 1025035.
2. Since the imposed IP change, in 2 weeks I've had more crashes than in 12 yr of hosting! Same settings, same iptables (which I had to change now, to protect the server as much as possible)
3. 2 weeks of DDOS attacks... at last, I see that Sunday at 6:25 you've change smth and stopped the udp flood
4. Ticket 1024403 - you closed yesterday this ticket, but console is still not functional, I've opened that ticket 2 weeks ago
5. Ticket 1025035 - the control.vps.net is not accessible through a mobile phone, I've tried 3 phones (iPhone 12 pro max, old Samsung note 8 and another newer samsung phone), on different networks, different settings, cache cleared etc. All die with "too many redirects".

Sub-par performance of their SSD VPS…

Sub-par performance of their SSD VPS servers.

I used their $10 plan in London and the performance of the VPS was not at all acceptable. The network speed fluctuated from 10 - 250 Mbps at different times of day without any consistency when tested with speedtest-cli. CPU (CPU family: 6, Model: 13) performance was also pretty low at around 2.5 GHz compared to 3.5 GHz CPUs that can be expected at that price bracket. (dd if=/dev/zero bs=1M count=1024 | md5sum) o/p was around 350 MB/s which could easily surpass 600 MB/s for a 3.5 GHz virtual processor.

On top of that, no money back policy means that I already lost my money.

Not sure what planet they are on

Chat takes an age to get through and they are interrogating potential new clients for commercially sensitive information. I don't like the attitude of this company asking us to persuade them in order that they will accept our business so we are not doing business with them.
