No solution for multiple access in Vps portal

I had to contact support repeatedly. My website was completely off-line for almost 2 weeks. They kept emailing back telling me my domain was with Wix and that i had to go there and point the domain to the servers. I do not have Wix. I use Host Gator for my domain name. All I wanted was the server names so I could point it to VPS. He just kept repeatedly saying go Wix. I have been a customer here for 12 years and I am completely dissatisfied. The last time I emailed they finally got my website back online. This is unacceptable.

Technical issue engineers hardly lift a finger to solve basic problems. In the time that they take to write an answer that they can't help, they could have fixed my problem.

I have been with VPS.Net for over 10 years. I am satisfied with the speed and support. Recently I experienced a delay in tech support. My cPanel was breached and I was locked out of my account. Tech support helped fix the bug and gave me control. When things like this happen to the control panel it affects thousands or millions of customers. So, the situation was understandable. Thank you VPS.Net for the wonderful support and quality of your network.

Tech support has improved dramatically over the past few years. It used to be that a support request would take days - especially over weekends. Now, it's being addressed within a couple of hours or often, much less.

You’ve become practically unusable. The new UI is worse than before, and nothing works the way it used to. Domain handling is a complete mess, and the support team has no idea what’s going on

you want me to install some sort of tracking device on my VPS......Why would I do that? Total BS.
