I’ve been using Tuffshop for a few years now and their customer service has always been excellent. Orders are processed quickly, communication is great, and the team are always helpful whenever I’ve had a question or needed advice. It’s rare to find a company that stays this consistent over the years. Highly recommend Tuffshop for both quality products and outstanding service.

We get all our PPE and personalised workwear from Tuff Shop. Bob always delivers exactly what we ask for...if Tuff Shop can't get you it it's not on the market :) Jack is also great to deal with and has helped find alternatives when our usual go to has been out of stock. 10/10 from us!!

We have just received our second order from TuffShop. The products are excellent and we are delighted with the quality of the embroidery. The customer service has been brilliant from start to finish with particular thanks to Nicky who was so friendly and efficient. I really wish all companies were as easy to deal with as TuffShop.

I purchased a pair of snickers trousers to which i thought was my size, but they do come up a little smaller than normal, so jack from tuffshop made a speedy exchange for the right size.
I did however have to pay p&p back to them but it was a smooth transaction.

We have had fantastic service from the guys at TuffShop. They were all really helpful but especially Helen and Laura. They supported us throughout the process and ensured we received the uniform we needed, when we needed it. The uniform was great quality and we are really pleased with it!
