Tried several times from 10am this morning to book a service, promised call back’s twice. Now 2-43pm and haven’t heard a thing. The system is not fit for purpose.

The relaxed experience, no pressure selling or all the usual 'consulting ' with a superior to get you a deal backwards and forward that we've all been subjected to over the years buying vehicles, sat down, had a chat,told us how much,. Shook hands and saved a few bob! Kammi is the man.
