I was served by Daniel at trust Ford Stains, this was my first time buying a brand new car and he made the whole process seamless and very easy to understand. The whole process took only a week and they were very helpful in explaining all the features of the vehicle.

They had exactly what I was looking for in stock

No Contact and Still No Response to My Complaint
Another epic failure… after collecting my car from Wimbledon last Saturday, I was promised a phone call from their after sales manager. Surprise surprise, they have not made any attempt to contact me. Oh and I still have not had any response to my complaint logged at the end of July. Do not use Trust Ford as clearly they cannot be trusted.

I had an excellent experience buying my second‑hand car. Amrit Heer provided outstanding service from the moment I arrived. He took the time to explain all the details clearly and made the whole process easy to understand. He sourced the exact car I was looking for and even set up my service plan before I left. He also reassured me that if I had any issues, I could come straight back. A very smooth and professional experience — highly recommended.

Visited Lewis in the Aberdeen branch
Visited Lewis in the Aberdeen branch. Excellent. First he sent me a video of the car, a secondhand one. The video showed who he was so we knew who to look for when we made the journey. He then talked about the car but also gave personal details pertinent to us. When we arrived each member made us feel welcome, the car was ready for us and we were able to test drive on our own which was nice. Lewis gave us advice as to where to drive as we wanted to drive on really bad roads to test the suspension. All round absolutely brilliant dealership and I can heartily recommend.
