Excellent experience all round. Dealt with Ben Westwood at Ford Wilmslow and he was great. The whole process was explained to me in detail and was very efficient. Ben’s communications throughout the whole process was perfect and he has also been in touch sine then. I moved from and old style buttons and switches Focus to an amazing modern Puma and Ben gave me an excellent briefing and tutorial. I’m very pleased with the whole experience.

What an awful experience with the service department. Took ages to answer and then was not friendly at all. I had broken down a long way from Trowbridge and was having my car recovered back to my home area. I was told very rudely that cars would only be accepted the day before they were due in and they had a 3 week wait list. How did he think I'd get an undriveable car to him in 3 weeks time? There was no empathy or care demonstrated and absolutely no effort put into helping me try and problem solve. Clearly Trustford Trowbridge don't need any more business! They certainly will never get any from me again. Shame that, as I'm in the market for a new car soon!

Amazing, I was in the middle of my PCP contract, and wasn’t sure what to do, there where a lot of offers on in trust Ford, so I went to have a chat with Joleen, and honestly she made everything so simple, and financially it made sense to change my car, I was so happy I could go for a brand new car and I love it. Joleen kept me informed the whole process.

I had an excellent experience. I wanted another car from the Birmingham branch and it was sent to the Bristol branch to make collection easier for me. Sam from Bristol and Susan from Birmingham were great and made everything really easy. Sam even got me a better deal on finance. I absolutely love the car!
