Linda the girl i delt with was just brilliant, she couldn't have done enough for me. I would recommend trust ford Craigavon to anyone.

A pleasant sales person but I don’t like the extras being offered.

Bradley was very helpful, explained all my finance options and put my mind at ease. Showed me how to use the car and all it's gadgets (i upgraded from a fiesta to a puma). When I found a minor fault on the car Bradley organised a courtesy car and bought it to my place of work and then bought mine back once it was repaired, all completed on the same day. Can't fault the service at all. All the staff in the branch where helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend Erdington trust ford, this is my second car purchased through them.

Took way to long. Given wrong information again and again and told the deposit that is stated as refundable is not refundable despite website saying it is so had to choice that to wait weeks for dealership even though day one told them I need a quick purchase

We had already looked at various cars on Auto Trader and spotted one in Mallusk so went to inspect.
First impressions were good as a receptionist greeted us and directed us towards Neil Anderson.
Explained what I wanted and said it was likely the car was in the showroom.
I was shown the car in question and had a brief test drive, which was brilliant.
I was offered other cars to look at should I wish but none really caught my eye.
Sat down to discuss details. Neil was upfront regarding the extortionate tax band it fell under to make me well aware that I wouldn't be caught out.
The deal was then sealed, no hard sell just an explanation of extras on offer some of which I accepted and others I declined.
Collected the car two weeks later as agreed and this was followed up by an agreed courtesy call a few days later.
It's the first car I've bought in 8 years or so was well impressed by the level of service as well as the total lack of a hard sell etc. many thanks
