Lack of communication. They also told me I needed over £450 work done on my breaks, but when I told them the car was under warranty, the work all of a sudden didnt need done!

The car that I bought recently
The car that I bought recently, was delivered to me with a low 12v battery warning. The car is 1 year old and has only done 4000 miles.The Edgware dealership that sold me the car has not gone out of it’s way to help resolve this problem and has left it for me to arrange for a Ford mobile technician to visit me to try to fix the issue. This is disappointing, as I would expect the car to be perfect.

Hassle free car lease
I recently arranged a company car lease for a new Ford Explorer and had very specific requirements for the vehicle. Roan at TrustFord Epsom quickly found a vehicle that matched exactly what I wanted.
Roan was fantastic from start to finish. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive, always getting back to me quickly and making sure everything was dealt with efficiently. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free.
The paperwork was straightforward, and I was kept updated at every stage. From my initial enquiry to completing everything took just two weeks, which was fantastic. Roan was professional and friendly throughout and provided genuinely excellent customer service.
The whole process was seamless, and I’m extremely happy with the service I received. I would have no hesitation in recommending Roan and TrustFord Epsom and would definitely consider Ford again for future company vehicle leases.
