All staff very friendly and honest, never felt rushed or forced like with some other dealerships out there. Andy and Mark in particular were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome whenever I was in the branch and couldn't be happier.

New electric car
Really enjoyed the experience, help and support for my new electric Explorer. Callum was informative and delivered a great level of customer focus. Only downside to date has been the experience of getting EV charging point installed.

i already had the same car as i went to…
i already had the same car as i went to look at so i was already prepared to chose or upgrade i was greated with an offer of a coffee and placed in the capable hands of james leedham (huddersfield branch) he went through the options and helped me choese the car i was going in to look at
the hand over was smooth and well insructed and so far i have had no issues with my vehicle

Customer service was very good
Customer service was very good. Angela was great explained everything, kept me up to date about the progress of the car. When the car arrived as it was an automatic and I hadn't driven one before, she took me out and I am very grateful for that. The test drive was very enjoyable, put me at ease about driving the automatic.
I have one problem though. As I have motability issues I find the experience of parking and getting to the front door hard. When I came to do my payment and test drive, I had to park between 2 vans, that were taking up disabled spaces. Then at the door had to walk at angle to get in. The day we picked up the car a woman using a rollator had to pull the handles in and almost duck under wingmirrors, while doing this she almost scraped our new car. For being a Car Dealership that is in Motability Scheme this is not very good.

From my initial visit and enquiries, to test drive and financial arrangements for purchase the whole process was carried out with the utmost professionalism. I collected my new Puma Gen E on 1st September as arranged and the handover was very comprehensive and ample time given considering the complexities of the vehicle. Evening was explained so clearly there was no reason for us to even contact Steven for any updates on our order even though communication is a big this for us he kept us updated as and when he knew something he told us absolute fantastic service definitely would advise anyone to get a car from here

Ford focus st line purchase
Although the service was friendly and responsive when questions were asked, it was not very proactive. I had to ask about service history, MOT status etc. No effort was made to move the car so it could be taken for a test druve whdn I arrived to view it either. No one took the time to show me any if the features such as starting the car and use of the digital screen functions etc. I had not purchased a car for 13 years and the sales team just assumed everybody knows how to use modern cars.

Great staff
I was served by Daniel at trust Ford Stains, this was my first time buying a brand new car and he made the whole process seamless and very easy to understand. The whole process took only a week and they were very helpful in explaining all the features of the vehicle.
