Firstly the salesman Martin was a good guy and done his job.
I was having trouble with my last van and ended out buying my new to me van quite quickly and maybe hurried.
The dealership made it clear to me that they would not take my old van as a trade in. I found this unusual, disappointing and unprofessional. They further charged me £600 to have my new van brought up to Glasgow from other Trustford depot in Epsom. Again disgusting and unprofessional. Furthermore engine bay was a lot dirtier than I would have expected, the back of the van was filthy and the luton bay above the cab leaks like a sieve.
