Looking on line I saw a car I liked at TrustFord Castleford , phoned up for an appointment . Saw Daniel asked for a trade in price for my vehicle(eventually we got a fair price) .had a test drive in new car , two day later I picked up new car .
Daniel was brilliant did everything for me (changed log book put my private plate on retention taxed the car and supplied vehicle insurance cover)
It was the easiest and best experience I’ve ever had buying a new car

Extremely poor experience with Trust Ford Stockport. Vehicle checks/inspections seem to be non-existent as is the after sales service when trying to get faults put right which should have been picked up in the first place. Examples included failing to spot a defective headlight and defective wipers, failing to spot nail in tyre, lost locking wheel nut when replacing tyre and tried to avoid blame saying it wasnt fitted.
For a main dealer the level of sevice, care and attention falls far far below expectations.
