Pricing at Renewal
Service has been generally good with the service restored promptly when it failed recently. In January I rolled over to a non-fixed rate of £55 (300mb). Prior to this I was paying £35, and before that the introductory rate of £25. I was initially offered £50 per month for a new fix, and after a slightly theatrical 'hold' a fractionally better rate. Not much of a discount for loyalty, and costs creeping up to BT/EE levels. OpenReach have just put fibre in our road so its time to talk to another provider. Have been pleased with Truespeed until this point, apart from them insisting on sending me their router that will never ever be used.

Have sent an email from my email address (that they email me from with invoices) asking them to quote me for renewal at 150Mb/s with my A/C number in the subject line, but their clueless AI 'bot can't work out who I am, so won't pass my request to a human agent.
