Dave Walker was very professional and friendly and did a tidy job of our installation. All staff that I have dealt with have been very helpful; would highly recommend.

The installers were super courteous, prompt and did a great job. Parking in Bath is obvs a challenge, as well.

Good communication about our installation, the two installers were friendly and polite and worked tidily, good price and far better broadband speeds than our old provider, would throughly recommend.

Over two hours now on hold over the past 2 days to see why my bill increased £30 without notification. Still no way to contact customer service.

RANG LOADS NO HELP WHATSOEVER FROM THIS BOGUS COMPANY
BUT THEY ARE HAPPY TO TAKE £75 PER MONTH OFF ME FOR THIS SERVICE .

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

I had my Truespeed broadband fitted today and can honestly say the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. They arrived on time, the engineer, Ryan O'Neill took great care both during and after the installation to leave everything clean and tidy. What really stood out was the effort Ryan made to ensure I understood all the workings attached to the installation. Overall a smooth, stress free experience with fantastic customer service. Highly recommend.

Simple process to join as a new customer. I really like the price staying the same over the length of contract.

The workers had a very difficult job. A large tree next door was an obstruction and my house has steps outside which meant that the ladder was at a narrow angle. One workman had to work from the roof using a small terrace on the roof. All done with enthusiasm and ‘ can do’ attitude . Their names were Tom and Jack

Matthew dealt with the internet from the start, very professional and explained every step start to finish doing exactly what he promised to get us set up rapidly

Dave Williams and Ryan ONiell were incredible.
Ryan came right on time in the morning and discovered our fibre line was severed in our back garden.
Where this would usually be a massive issue for any typical ISP install, involving rebooking, a long wait and possibly extra cost, Ryan and Dave went above and beyond.
They came back later in the day and sorted out our severed cable issue and completed the installation without any trouble at all.
