Dave Williams and Ryan ONiell were incredible.
Ryan came right on time in the morning and discovered our fibre line was severed in our back garden.
Where this would usually be a massive issue for any typical ISP install, involving rebooking, a long wait and possibly extra cost, Ryan and Dave went above and beyond.
They came back later in the day and sorted out our severed cable issue and completed the installation without any trouble at all.

The only co to offer fast fibre broadband in this street in Keynsham as only part fibre otherwise! Lee was v informative on what I would be signing up for, cost, work required etc so deserves a good review!
