Excellent customer service
I switched my 90 year old mother’s account to Truespeed. Both Mathew and Rhys could not have been more helpful. The whole process was very straightforward and I was kept informed every step of the way. Communication from Truespeed has been excellent. Mum only needs the most basic package with a landline. She is delighted with the low cost she is now paying which is fixed for 2years. I would not hesitate to commend Truespeed .

Wanted to transfer my contract to my new home in which every street in the area is covered and me only moving two streets down. mine is the only one not apparently in the area they have charged me £250! Seems like a scam to me! The fact you are forced to have to pay this ludacris amount in a cost of living crisis when I have three young children is utterly shameful! And they expect the money within 2 days! Would not recommend to a single person ever again. DISGRACEFUL UNSYMPATHETIC COMPANY! Not even willing to review a complaint.

Professional sales and installation…
Professional sales and installation team. There was a delay for the install due to a wayleave being required but once this was received the installation went ahead smoothly. The porting of the telephone number from the previous supplier took 4-5 working days. Very impressed so far.

The transfer from my old provider to…
The transfer from my old provider to Truespeed was quick and easy. Price fixed for 2 years which was reassuring as my old provider kept hiking the price ever. I am saving over £16 a month. Engineeers were polite friendly and no mess. Constant update as soon as I applied on line.

When it is good, it is very very good, when it is bad it is awful...
When it is good, it is very, very good, when it is bad, it is appalling.
I am paying for 300mbps, today, I managed 1-5mbps despite, as I am continually told by Truespeed, to bounce the router, which I have so far done 5 times now. It's literally unacceptable and I don't say this lightly, but it's more unreliable than Vodafone.
Go on the website and the network is fine it says.
It's only going; one minute 280, the next 30, then 160, then 12, then 190, then 1 or nothing at all. Sometimes takes me 30 mins just to connect, and that's from a Macbook, HP, Dell and playstation.
We didn't sign up for this.
Good sales service
All truespeed’s service staff have been excellent, especially Adam who was forthcoming without being pushy when we needed time to think about it.

Two guys Dane and Jamie came to my house before install, explained where the cables would be fitted, and what the next phase would be.cables fitted in no time ready for the technician to complete the work.

Kevin was superb.
Kevin Tunnicliffe was superb.. we had a shelf at the back hiding all the wires and he helped no end. Took the back shelf off, the doors. Fixed it all then put it all back together again. Honestly never had service like it. Well done Kevin! Highly recommend ⭐️
