I would like to say a huge thanks to Giovanni at MG Basildon. Earlier today my car wouldn’t start - we called AA who identified that the battery was being drained due to an initialising issue with the radio. The AA managed to charge the battery but warned me that this was likely to happen again. As we were going away for the weekend in the car I was pretty stressed by this so I quickly drove to MG Basildon and arrived 20 mins before closing time with zero expectations that anything could be done today. However Giovanni advised a software update would resolve the issue and he would do it straight away (even thought it meant going passed closing time) to give me peace of mind. I really want to say this was extremely good service and way beyond what I was expecting. Thanks so much Giovanni.

Sarah was welcoming, engaging and extremely helpful. Made the whole process easy and smooth and kept me updated with what was happening with the car so I wasn’t just waiting and wondering in limbo.

On my arrival at the centre, Jamie was welcoming and courteous and we discussed the checks to be carried out on my vehicle. On collection he helpfully explained what work had been done. I'm a very satisfied customer and will use Hyundai at Toomey's for any future work on my car.
