The company is toomey hyundai motor group. Based in southend on sea Essex. & the person who look after me & my car was a person called Jamie Barrett he was very professional & new his stuff very perlite highly recommend the company especially Jamie could not fault his expert advice ten out of ten all the way ..

Staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much to ask, Sarah was very friendly and extremely polite and explained everything from start to finish.

Sarah made me feel at ease straight away, even before my visit. Sarah was really helpful with booking my appointment and even changed it to an earlier time for me. When I arrived, Sarah made me feel welcome. She had all the information and details ready for me. Sarah was both professional and personable. After the service to my car, Sarah went through the paperwork with me. She then kindly walked me back to my car after checking that I was happy with everything. It was lovely to receive such wonderful customer service.

When calling to book beforehand, Sarah was extremely helpful and managed to fit me in, in the short time frame I had.
Sarah was again very friendly and welcoming on the day, explaining what would happen and also kept me in the loop throughout the time they had my car of what was happening, how much longer etc.

Sarah was great, from the Service booking phone call, to the appointment itself. She was friendly and engaging, but professional. I received a phone call to confirm the appointment and regular updates while I was waiting for my car to be returned to me. She check in on me regarding my experience at the end too. A lovely lady who is a credit to the company.
