By Far the best customer experience/ service I have had with Hyundai thanks to staff Amber M. Sofia the receptionist is always very helpful and efficient. I always book our vehicles for an 8:00 drop off and wait for collection. Sometimes I take the opportunity to visit a friend who lives locally and Sofia messages me as soon as the vehicle is ready for collection. On this occasion I asked for the technician to investigate a possible concern with the engine and transmission and they carried out a thorough investigation and test run to ensure that everything is correct.

Great service Technician explained the service that i had done. Dropped my car at 0800 and recieved call for collection at 09.30 Sarah at front desk asked me if I'd like car washed, extra bonus in my eyes so thank you.
After speaking to Sarah who also explained my service to me was was very welcoming and polite.
