Had a very good experience from start to finish. Sofia was very helpful booking in for my service & mot. She worked hard ensuring I had my car in time for the school run. Very knowledgeable about the process and answered my questions politely. She looked and sounded as though she enjoyed her work and that’s very nice to see.

Dropped the car off for its 1st service with along with hire car. Amber looked after me who was really helpful and gave a lot of advice to all my questions around my dash cam. Absolutely great service all round!

Jamie who I dealt with when dropping my car off today is exactly the kind of welcoming and friendly person you want to deal with in a customer facing role. He was warm, down to earth and genuine with a positive attitude and excellent work ethic. He made the visit feel easy and I really appreciated his friendly and professional approach. I had a fault on my car
I had a fault on my car. Not with nissan but they very kindly took my car in, and got it fixed very quickly. Hollie was very accommodating made sure I was fully informed of how it all worked and made sure i was happy before leaving. The technician Freddie got the work done quickly. The who environment at nissan was very welcoming

Dropped car off for a diagnostic.
Dropped car off for a diagnostic on front calipers.I was dealt with by Jamie Barrett who amended work sheet when I told him what I was worried about (front calipers were getting very hot).Jamie was very courteous and helpful.
When I returned to pick up car he explained what had been found,apparently calipers were operating within specs so brakes were stripped and cleaned.
I know it sounds psychological but car felt smoother,braking felt more precise and when I arrived home I touched front discs and they were Luke warm.
So I am over the moon and feel more relaxed about driving and braking.

Sarah was extremely helpful when I made my first call as unable to use car as no dash board ,so unable to know speed , or petrol level and no indicators etc.the earliest was weeks away and I have a wife who has Alzheimer’s and I need the car for appointments, Sarah was able to rearrange things so I was seen to only a week later.
Booking is was very straightforward, Sarah was friendly and helpful.
