Awesome, Seats!!

I would definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone. First of all your prices are outrages. I went to the box office at Kravitz Theatre and could have gotten tickets for the same price and would have had seats in the orchestra...furthermore, I would have been able to choose my seats in advance and therewas only one service charge not like yours...
I called ticket liquators and was told I couldn't cancel, therefore I was stuck and paid more than $75.00 more!!!!

Quick, easy, and no problems with our tickets. Lower prices than other resellers. Would use again.

Seats were reasonably priced and the ease of purchase and the quickness was terrific!!

I had always bought directly from the venue, so I had some concerns. The order process went fine; however, I did not receive the email containing my ticket download. I got really concerned. I called the 800 number. The lady on the phone was great. She gave me her extension number, so when I called back I could speak to the same person! She tried several times to correct the problem to no avail. She contacted her supervisor and he sent the download directly to me. A small glitch turned in to a very good customer relations experience.

The sound was terrible in our section. You couldn't understand anyone when they were talking. We sat on bleachers not chairs with backs. I'm too old for that. It would have been nice to be told on the description when i chose the tickets. I would have picked somewhere else.

My husband went to take my teenage son to his first concert. When they got there they were told the tickets we purchased from ticket liquidators were fake tickets. They were denied entry! I called customer service but were told they could not do anything except refund the tickets but only when they got proof from the venue. So disappointing!

Gordon Lightfoot is one of my favorite artists. seen him in canada 20yrs ago. He is 78yrs old, his voice is impaired by age and a stroke but you can still make out the gordon voice. for everything I was impressed by his vigor to play guitar and remember the lyrics and stand for 2 hrs. he truly a legend. glad I got to see him . the savannah audience was great ,polite and gave him the ovation he deserved

I try to see all of these shows! This one was nothing more than amazing!

Words cannot describe how awesome the show was. Jeff was truly the best entertainer ever. I haven't laughed that hard in a very long time. I enjoyed myself so much. Thank you.

Great seats !!

The show and storyline was excellent. The singing voices, acting, set design and theatre were all superb. Our seats worked out very well. The entire afternoon was a real great event for us and our friends.

We were shocked that we paid over $400 for "front row" seats that were almost completely obstructed by speakers on the stage. I requested a refund and they agreed to $32.80. Disgraceful. I have requested a charge back of 50% from my credit card company as I think that's fair. Next time MARK THE TICKETS WITH OBSTRUCTED VIEW AND DON'T MISLEAD YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Ticket purchase was flawless and as expected, the King of Country music George Strait was awesome.

We arrived at our venue, luckily 1.5 hours in advance only to find that our tickets were fraudulent. No fault of ticket liquidator, but to get thru to speak with someone, I was on hold for 32 minutes!! I finally got a person, who was most helpful, but unfortunately we did not get to see a show that was a Christmas gift, we traveled over an hour to see and there were no additional seats available that would fit our needs (my husband has mobility issues). My issue is that 32 minutes of hold time is totally unacceptable and needs to be corrected.

Hard to get to with three events going on the same time and the building was very hot but comedian was great

The performance was amazing, but the parking situation wasn't that clear or great to me. I'm disabled and needed parking right in front of the venue. Guests weren't allowed to park in the handicapped section, because the streets were closed off. But after I walked from my parking spot which was too far for an asthmatic to walk to the entrance I saw the street where the handicapped parking opened and certain people were able to park there. Though the program was great, I'd never go again unless parking was better.

The tickets I purchased had an obstructed view that wasn't advertised
The staff from ticket liquidator uses my ticket tracker to process the tickets. Unfortunately one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. I was told the tickets were being shipped by fed ex to my house on a certain date. I felt that date would be cutting it too close so I asked them to ship them to the hotel. They agreed and then the tickets came to my home some days later!
I'm mostly unhappy because the tickets had an unacceptable obstructed view . Would not have purchased them knowing this!
