I found the same tickets for half the price on another site. When I bought, I thought I was getting a price guarantee. No, that is not it. You are getting a guarantee that there is an event and the tickets will work. Unimpressed.

Wrong day for my best friend’s birthday . And trying to return the tickets.
I tried to let them know that I had picked the wrong day for my best friend‘s birthday, they didn’t care. The ticket’s was still pending. They didn’t care they was not here to help me at all. It was all about taking my money and the deal was done then they said they wanted to resell my tickets and only give me $100 back on that for number one I paid $202 for the tickets so now what am I paying them to sell the tickets? I’m not sure this is the worst ticket place I have ever ever bought tickets from. But whenever I tried to resell them now, they’re telling me that they can’t resell my tickets so now I’m stuck with tickets that I don’t even want and they are not here to help. This is the most worst customer service I have ever been through in my whole life and I am a manager I know good customer service and this is not the place where that resigns. feels like I have been scammed.

Good price but ...
It was the best deal I could find, but then I was quoted a price and when I went to go pay it was another price. I thought the tickets had just gone up somehow. But it turns out that somewhere between my choice of tickets and checking out apparently insurance was added to my cart. It was not clear to me that I chose that... very sneaky. I didn't want insurance - so I paid an extra 48 dollars that I did not intend to pay. Purposefully sneaky... check your final cost.

Price gougers! I accidentally bought tickets through your website to the 2026 Boston boat show and paid ridiculously more than I would have had I just bought them there. (my bad on not paying closer attention.) I won’t make that mistake again.

No tickets and no customer service response for too long
I purchased tickets for a show and received an email that they had been sent to my email address, but it's been over a month and no tickets. I've sent multiple emails to their listed customer support email and have never received a response. Sharing here because the high rating on this company doesn't reflect how terrible their (absence of) customer service truly is. Best to find another source of tickets. Update - after posting this review, the customer service responded to my email and I now have tickets. Adjusting rating accordingly.
