Missing tickets for 2 months now

For weeks now I've been calling to get my tickets transferred. My tickets were purchased on May 7th & I got an email on June 7th that the tickets were ready to be transferred. It's on Aug 5th & today is Aug 4th & I still do not have my tickets. I can't track them b c it says my data is invalid yet i keep getting promotional emails. I have emailed them about my missing tickets & all I get is an automatic reply that they'll contact me in 5 days but it's been weeks... im scared that I won't have them by tomorrow & I got scammed $360!! Please contact me asap if possible. Thank you. I regret to inform anyone on here not to go through them for your ticket needs

Buyer Beware!!!!!

Purchased tickets for a show that was postponed until next year due to COVID-19. TL is not honoring refunds. Under there 100% money back guarantee nonsense they claim that I will receive tickets for the show I purchased. Obviously they don't stand behind that guarantee. I purchased tickets for a show that was scheduled for last month, not next year.

Funny enough I found this site while searching Ticket Liquidator class action.

Edit:

Like I said before, they are not honoring their supposed guarantee. This much was made obvious by their canned reply.

I'm sorry to hear that the event you paid to see has been postponed to another date. The tickets you previously purchased are guaranteed to be viable and usable for this event. On that note, I should mention that event postponement does not give customers the option to request a refund, per the policies. That issue aside, I realize that some customers may not be able to attend the date of postponed events. In that case, you could always try to re-sell the tickets.

Beware of this website!

Beware of this website!! Do not purchase tickets from them. They will rip you off, concert was canceled and didn’t give refund so I lost $550 and will not attend concert. Stick to Ticketmaster or other sites where reviews are good. I learn a big lesson here don’t learn it the hard ways too.

Update: waiting for your call, Tickets cost $49 each and we’re sold for $550 for four tickets. Ticketmaster and Fairplex is offering full refunds due to the unexpected change except for you. Service representatives were extremely rude and did not offer any options to me other than sell them to someone else. If I sell tickets I could only sell them for $49 meaning I will lose more than half the money I bought them for. This is because it was rescheduled on a Thursday rather than a Friday.

I purchased tickets from Liquidator for…

I purchased tickets from Liquidator for a concert. I should have trusted the reviews. I got to the event, tickets didn't work. The person with the real tickets to the event were already in the concert. I had to purchase real tickets at the ticket booth to get into the event. The only way to get a refund from Ticket Liquidator is to get a letter or an email in writing from the concert venue that the tickets were invalid. WHAT? I was supposed to ask the ticket counter person at the event to present me with something in writing to the reason they wouldn't take my tickets? Or, call after the concert and expect to be remembered out of the thousands of people there? Horrible customer service. I am out a lot of money. BUYER BEWARE! THIS COMPANY STEALS!

Since I am not able to directly respond to Ticket Liquidator, I am adding to my review. If the tickets I purchased that went to my email were valid, I would have been allowed into the concert. I received the "tickets" and they were rejected by the venue. It they had not rejected the tickets, I would not be writing this review. I tried to contact the "seller" directly, they blocked my email address. Ticket Liquidator makes is very easy to be scammed and impossible to get your money back, as proven by this very response from them. Just read all the other horrendous reviews on the internet. BUYER BEWARE! THEY SELL FAKE TICKETS!!!!!!!

Update: Ti key Liquidator refunded my money in full so I will change my rating from one star to 3 stars. Buy buyers still beware. The company did the right thing but I had to fight for it. When you make a purchase to see a concert you expect the tickets to be valid. Too many people are not being treated the right way the first time.

This is so that we have an impartial 3rd party account of what had happened the night of the event. As for your order, I would like to take a moment to explain why proof in your case would be very important to your case. Being that your selected delivery method was “direct transfer”, the tickets ownership was forwarded from your supplier to the email address provided on your order. The digital details of the tickets went from the suppliers account into the account who claimed the tickets from said email address, within the primary markets ticketing system. This means that the only person who had access to the seats themselves, would be whoever had access to the account they were accepted in once removed from the supplier account.

With that said, we have already started an investigation into this matter. We do ask that you do attempt to obtain this documentation to help with this situation. Once an update is available on our end, we will be in contact with you directly with the update obtained.

**UPDATE**

We have finished our investigation into this client claim. The client will be made whole on the order. She has been contacted with details of the resolution. We do apologize for any inconvenience that was caused.

I bought three tickets for FC Barcelona…

I bought three tickets for FC Barcelona - Real Sociedad match. Paid 80% extra of the cost. The tickets were available directly at Camp Nou. I tried to cancel the order but they said that there is nothing to do after the purchase. They sent the tickets 4 hours before the beginning of the match.

When I went to the stadium the tickets did not work, it was impossible to access.

Thank you for reaching out. I am sorry if you are disappointed with your order. We here at Ticket Liquidator would be a resale marketplace for event tickets. We do our best to describe this on our site and within our policies. With our marketplace, we link to many resellers around the world that list their tickets with the exchange. They would be the ones that set the prices on the tickets being listed. At times they may be higher then the printed face value, or they could end up being lower. The cost is based on market value and the cost itself to obtain the tickets, which may not be represented on the tickets themselves.

Along with this, we do have a all sale are final policy. This is a standard policy within the event ticket market. This policy would be held from the original purchaser down to the end user. We would not be able to cancel the request once confirmed by a user at the time of checkout.

Finally, as for the delivery of the tickets, the supplier did have documentation connected to the listing which would state that the delivery would be provided on the day of the event. Sadly, this is connected to when the tickets become available from the primary market to the supplier, who then must provide them out to the end users of the tickets. They would work as promptly as possible, once the tickets are release.

I ordered tickets for a concert on…

I ordered tickets for a concert on 4/18/19 back in January. I was anxious about the ticket delivery, but everything I received said tickets would be ready for delivery before or on 4/16/19. That was yesterday and nothing came through. I called, a nice man said they would be delivered by the end of the day. Great. They weren’t. Called back this morning. Kind woman said I see they were due for delivery yesterday, you should receive them in the next few hours. Again, no tickets. Called a third time. This time the rude man said the 4/16/19 date wasn’t really when they were due, and they only have to be ready for download in time for the event. I purposely picked these tickets because they were guaranteed a couple days ahead. There is still time for me to get my tickets, but I am anxious and stressed over this. I have a non-refundable hotel room, a several hour trip to drive, babysitters scheduled, and I do not have tickets. I hope this is rectified quickly.

Horrible company. They sell fake tickets. Should be shut down. Ruined my wifes birthday. Disgusting people who will rot in hell for all the pain they have caused here on earth.

Fake Tickets!!!

Fake Tickets!!!! Went to a Pat Green venue in Wimberley Tx Tickets cost 38$ cost me though this site 680$ for 6 tickets got to the venue turns out they were FAKE called them 1st thing they asked if I tried another gate to see if they would let’s us in !! (REALLY) Then they send you some different tickets after the venue was already 40 minutes in told them NO want my money back hour 1/2 later on phone run around on hold again again then it was NO so Sad that a company would STEAL my hard earned money like this.

I've never had these problems with other sites.

I've used several site to buy tickets to Busch Stadium, never a problem. I found tickets on Ticket Liquidator site listed as Cardinal Club section1 row 1. I knew these seats are normally listed aphetically so I called the company and was told they don't list tickets alphabetically that is why it was listed as row 1. The gentleman I spoke to said he could see what I was talking about. I bought the tickets. I then got an email from them stating the tickets were available and I was going to get my tickets. Then I got an email that said the deal was canceled because the ticket were unavailable or there was trouble with my credit card. So I called to find out what the problem was. and was told the tickets were unavailable there wasn't a problem with my card. My friend had taken off work to go to this game and the gentleman I talked to said that there were three tickets in row A and the same section available I had told my friend that we were going so I need tickets I got these and found another friend to go. But again he had to take off work which was difficult for him to do. Then I check on where my tickets were at it showed this order was canceled because the ticket were unavailable. I called again I was told again the tickets were unavailable. They couldn't get three tickets in Cardinals club, remember I have two friends that took off work to go, so they found three tickets together behind Cardinals Club seats in the home field box behind home plate I've set in those seats several times and they are good seats. So I checked with my friends to see if those seats would be okay. They said yes but I checked the other sites and found the same tickets for less than what Ticket Liquidator quoted me after the run around that they gave me. They should have dropped their service fee after all of this. Of course the cost of the same seats I bought the first time went up to the second time Actually the seats I ended up with are more expensive than the seats I bought the first time.

Theater tickets in New York

My daughter wanted to attend Mean Girls in New York City for her 14th birthday yesterday. Couldn't find good tickets anywhere as the show sells out extremely fast! Took a chance on Ticket Liquidator but had never used the site before so was alittle nervous. The ticket fees are high but the prices of third party tickets were actually cheaper than other sites including Ticketmaster so we purchased 4 tickets and tried out luck. The tickets arrived in plenty of time for our New York trip and the seats were exactly what were advertised. Couldn't have had a better experience. Contacted the seller to let them know how happy we were with the service also! Will definitely use Ticket Liquidator again soon!

This company is pretty predatory

This company is pretty predatory. My mother is almost 70yrs old, wants to buy Keith Urban so searches keith urban ottawa. Surprise surprise this tire fire comes up.

She requested tickets of around 100$ each. with the surcharge she is now in the nosebleeds, total bill is around 300$ for two tickets and on top of that the tix are in us funds.

Call for a refund, no way.. its our policy blah blah blah.

Very predatory in my opinion. Its too bad my mother is older and was trying to exercise her independence to do something nice for her daughter.

We are exploring our legal and consumer right options.

NEVER AGAIN

Tickets were promised 4 days prior to my event. They were not available, and it took 2 days and multiple phone calls to get my tickets emailed to me. I was given multiple excuses, including "they didn't automatically download and we have to manually enter them", "the venue didn't send them out on time" and "our system crashed". I was "guaranteed" my tickets would be ready 3 times before they actually were. When I finally received my tickets they were not what I ordered, not even close. They were for a section on the other side of the stadium. I have used Stubhub, Seatgeek and Vivid Seats many times with no issues. I will NEVER use this vendor again.

Wish I could give it a zero

Wish I could give it a zero. Was told by the last person I spoke with there NOT to call again regarding my overpriced Bruno Mars Tickets from Minnetonka Tickets purchased on their site. Minnetonka just as rude and won't refund or at very least give me the reasonable cost of these tickets. I can't get into a the whole story BUT I'm disputing the $742.95 charge on my credit card and writing a letter to get a full refund or at least a credit back for the unlawful (price gauging) price along with $149.00 service fee and $7.95 delivery feel WHEN THE TICKETS ARE SENT via e ticket and I just have to print out. I hope a class action suit is done against both Ticket Liquidator and Minnetonka. I'm sure I will get something in the mail 5 years from now or so when they are made accountable for allowing this to occur. SHAME ON YOU

Lets try this again(bad delivery policy)

Lets try this again, last review did not go through. Do not order tickets from this website. Horrible! Fees are ridiculous! I've been waiting for more than two weeks and when FedEx tried to deliver them they did not because I was at work. W-T-F! God forbid I work. How can they expect the customer to sit home and wait for there tickets. So now if I miss the delivery three days in a row they will send them back. Fed EX giving me no way to avoid a signature unless I drive 15 miles and pick them up my self.

Because tickets are a 1 of a kind item that aren't usually replaceable, FedEx ships them as secure items that have to be signed for. You can call FedEx to arrange the most convenient time to receive the package, or you can arrange to go pick it up if there isn't a common point of availability for you and the FedEx delivery personnel. Don't bother with this company

Don't bother with this company. I bought tickets and didn't pay attention to the fact this was not a Disney website for the event. They charged me double the face value for the tickets. The website took advantage of someone that was simply trying to take some kids to a Disney event. I am so angry I will try to give this company a bad review everywhere as when I called I got the attitude from the operator as too bad so sad. The sale of the tickets wasn't even 5 hours old!

When tickets are resold, they are sold at market value as opposed to face value. At the top center of the front page of our site, we explain that we are not a primary ticket seller and that prices may be above face value. Unfortunately, because the nature of the ticket industry and the way prices on tickets change after they're sold, we are unable to refund ticket sales. That policy is normative across the ticket industry among primary and secondary ticket sellers.

It’s a scam

It’s a scam. They send you the tickets via email. Once they send you the email with the tickets it a done deal. My issue I got the ticket but could not open the PDF FILE. I tryied several computers to open the files the PDF FILE IS CURRUPT. It does not allow you to open the file. This situation happened twice. Ticket liquidator took me for 1600.00. DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY. It’s a scam.

Ticket liquidator is like a big scam.
I purchased ticket for nut cracker at $117, which face value is $69, and they charged another $37 for service fee, which was not mentioned when purchased.
The service fee amount showed after purchasing is finished. I thought they are orange county performing art center’s official web site, which is my mistake but it is way too much with these fees whcich is more than value of the ticket. Plus there are lots of tickets available. These guys are real crooks. Don’t ever buy any tickets from ticket liquidator.

When tickets are resold, they're seldom resold at face value. Also, those vendors set the prices of the tickets, we are simply a website they list their tickets on. way too many fees

only after you enter your credit card #, do you get fees added. An order for 2 tickets went up $45. In another order, the fees were higher than the ticket prices. I ended up ordering, and it's been nearly 4 weeks and no tickets. They keep telling me the "digital tickets have not arrived in the office"

I placed an order for tix through Ruoff …

I placed an order for tix through Ruoff Home Mortgage Music Center not knowing it was going to route through ticket resellers. Within one hour of the order, I tried to cancel and the customer service personnel said all sales are final and they will not refund. Please everyone avoid this company! I am dismayed they have my card information.
