Looks like they have been up to this game for a long time. I purchased 5 Def Leppard, Poison, and Tesla tickets from them. They came in the mail said ticketmaster on them. 4 of the 5 scanned 5th one said already been scanned. Went to the booth lady. I had all my proof of purchase she said they only honor Ticketmaster purchases when issues arise. I drove 4 hours for this my 1st Leppard n poison show. Thankfully the guy behind me literally just purchased from the ticket booth 10 feet away and had the same issue. The lady got frustrated and sent us all on In. 5/5/2017 is actually the date of event

Purchased resold tickets through this company and it turned out to be a scam. Fake tickets, lost almost $1100 as a result. This company excepts no responsibility for the tickets being fake. This company excepts no responsibilities whatsoever when it comes to any tickets purchased through this company. This is the second time fake tickets have been purchased through this company.

If I could give a negative star review, I would. This company is a total scam, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS. I purchased tickets to see the Black Pumas in Seattle (keep in mind I live in Texas and I was in Washington for vacation) they cancelled the event because of a covid scare. Ticket liquidator. Refuses to give me my money back because they said I was given valid tickets to the rescheduled event. I LIVE IN TEXAS! IM NOT FLYING BACK TO WASHINGTON FOR A CONCERT.

I have talked to 5 reps of their “PrIoRiTy CuSToMer sUppOrT TeAm” and everyone tells me the same BS. Why do they have this 100% money back guarantee they keep mentioning if it helps in no situation.

You have made an enemy out of a customer, which seems to be the case in 50% of your interactions. Do not respond to me and say “you can contact us to help resolve the issue”. Contact me and get this crap taken care off. You are a joke of a business and whoever responds to this you should be ashamed of working for this company. Give my money back right now.

BUYER BEWARE: I bought tickets to the Motely Crue, Poison, and Def Leppard concert tickets through them back in 2019 when they first announced their tour. I drove over a 1,000 miles to go to the concert in Hershey PA and when the staff went to scan my tickets I was told that they would not accept them and was told to go to the box office. The lady at the box office told me that the tickets were fake and that I was scammed. I attempted to call Ticketliquidator but was on hold for close to an hour and hung up. I had to pay another $200 for another two tickets just so I could see the concert. I would stay away from this site and NEVER buy tickets from them.

I really would prefer to give them zero stars but did not give me the option.. I purchased tickets through TicketDown but come to find TicketNetwork owns the lot of them-My Ticket Tracker, Ticket Incubator, Et al. Had no receipt for my order but did have a charge on my credit card. Purchased tickets for wrong show time by accident and have REPEATEDLY tried to phone that horrible customer service # but only remain on hold for upwards of three hrs without anyone ever taking my call. I’ve tried other measures like calling a corporate office to get a more direct response only to be rerouted back into the same maddening loop. Did receive a link to try and resell my tickets-but I do NOT have any actual evidence of tickets so not really an option. Repeatedly tried to request a refund via email but, other than an automated response have not heard from anyone. Not sure if I’ll get my actual tickets in time for show despite email saying they were transferred over one month ago?

Horribly frustrated and would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing tickets through any versions of this company.

I could not have had a worse experience with ticket liquidator. Their customer service is awful and I do not recommend buying or selling on this platform. We were completely screwed when selling tickets. I was never contacted that the sale of my tickets was detected as fraud and my post was taken down for a week. When I finally contacted and found out, I was able to repost with only 2 days left to sell and of course they didn’t so I was stuck eating the costs.

I bought tickets back in 2019 for a concert that has been rescheduled to September 4, 2021. I spent the afternoon on the phone emailing and trying to get a representative because the concert tickets are mobile and the link to claim the tickets states "DYNAMIC LINK NOT FOUND". I am so upset because these were expensive tickets and I don't know if I can download them in time for the concert.

So, when I first saw the reviews here at Trustpilot about Ticket Liquidator I thought "Oh I'm liquidated"! I bought tickets for the NYC Homecoming Concert on Friday 20 and it turns out I had the most beautiful experience with them. I wrote them the minute I saw the reviews, not long after I got an answer from customer support. Still, so I wasn't really relieved. Around 10 am on Saturday 21, the concert's day I got my tickets. I was still afraid they were not for real, but at the venue, I had no problems using them. I'll definitely go back with them for my next tickets! Thank you very much Ticket Liquidator!
