My 10 year old daughter is a huge Frankie valli fan. We drove 3 hours to see him. She was so ecstatic! He does an amazing show.

The event was okay - certainly not worth what we paid for tickets (over $600 after fees). The face value was $218. So, the professional entertainers in the show got 1/3 of the ticket revenue and the ticket gougers got 2/3 - that's not right and there should be laws against it!!!!

It was amazing definitely wanna go again. Me and my boyfriend had a great time

I was unable to get ahold of the company that had my tickets. I had a bad experience with one of your customer service guys but they next day the lady I had was super nice. I finally got ahold of the people that had my tickets and they was the rudest people ever. They hung up on me 3 times. The tickets I ordered I never received and then they tried to offer me some that was on the upper level further back but they didn't wanna give me the price difference so I didn't get to go because of all of the hassle they gave me. So I will never order tickets through you all ever again.

I purchased these tickets for my daughter's 13th birthday and the seats were AMESOME for the best game of the season. We can say we were there to witness LeBron's fade away 3 pointer in the final seconds in the 4th to send the game into OT.

The tickets arrived quickly and in line with expectations.
The tickets were legit and sent professionally.
I had an amazing time at the Super Bowl.

$10.00 for a hot dog $10.00 for pop corn rip off on food and drinks water $5.00. The show was good but not near as good as it once was. If this is what the circus has come to, I agree it's time to retire!

We didn't get the email for our tickets & sent a text & within minutes we had a response & a new email to be able to print the tickets. Thanks!!!!

Never buy from these guys. they ripped me off because my tickets would not download!

Some of this isn't this sites fault but more of the venues. Site overcharged on fees for already overpriced tickets but for a pay per view. Standing in line for long time just to leave the venue just to get outside. I've been to multiple stadiums across this land and they don't have an effective way to get back to your vehicle without a mosh pit like stop and go traffic. Not enough people running the food stands and wait took longer than any of sports event I've ever been to during the playoffs. Missed too many matches to get a drink, the stand vendors disappeared before the show started. My tickets were reasonable however I don't find it reasonable to cost $27/ ticket as a fee on top of taxes and $15 to ship?! And FedEx needs a signature, how inconvenient and annoying that they leave a note saying they missed me when I was home and they didn't even ring the bell because they are lazy, so is ups. It costs less than $2.50 to ship something in the USA via US MAIL that takes 3-7 days for a letter to get anywhere. And they are ticket master tickets as is anything now. Nothing special but I did get to see a rare event and I do thank them for the opportunity to go.

Would never recommend this company for tickets to ANY PERSON yes I did finally get a full refund but had to jump through hoops to get it the first customer service guy was a total jerk !!! When we finally got to talk to a manager he took care of the problem which was very much appreciated

HORRIBLE company! I would give 0 stars if I could! I have had tickets purchased for about a month and a half. Tonight, the night of the concert I received an EMAIL from their subcompany Ticket Champion as we were on our way to the venue stating that our tickets were cancelled (???) and they were sorry and that we could repurchase tickets at the venue....Two hours before the show! I called the number and both women I spoke to were extremely rude, speaking over me and telling me there was nothing they could do because the venue found out they were a third party seller and cancelled the tickets. They also lied saying they have been trying to contact me for weeks, though tonight was the first time I have received any contact from them. Janelle is the "owner" so she told me but that could have been a lie too...Nasty woman with no people skills and a bad attitude. A gentleman at the venue also told us the tickets were FAKE. I had to spend hundreds more dollars for tickets. Thank God they weren't sold out! Please PLEASE don't give your money and bank information to these SCAMMERS! I am reporting to the Better Business Bureau and possibly the authorities.

While the purchase and payment for tickets was handled smoothly, the opportunity to resell the tickets should my team not make the playoffs was realistically met with nothing but excuses and time barriers created by Ticket Liquidators. I switched my business to StubHub and had a seamless experience - both selling these tickets and then purchasing concert tickets.
