I ended up calling to reserve tickets and wanted to know more information about different venues for a concert. The rep was very nice and accommodating to my needs. She went through everything very clear and there was no confusion or questions during the purchase. I would highly recommend this website!

All was good with my experience however was told seats would be together. When I received the seats they were 23 and 25. This is not a big deal as I plan to ask seat 24 to move to 23 or 25.

fee of $14.40 on a $48 ticket was excessive and I didn't know about it until final check out. On top of that you charged $7.95 for "delivery" which is electronic. Since when does sending an email cost $7.95.

The purchase process is easy and intuitive. In addition, I had trouble accessing my tickets on my work PC. The CSR helped sort things out and was quite friendly and professional. A+++ service

I haven't received the tickets yet ( it says June 28 for a July 5 concert ) which makes me nervous . I have been completely satisfied with the process so far !

I had two tabs open to get ticket prices with fees and when I went to hot purchase on tickets I wanted i had bought the tickets from previous tab. I CALLED right away and nothing they could do except try sell my tickets no refunds. Very frustrating experience.

Angry that a bot from Virginia bought tickets for a show in Detroit, causing a sellout and requiring me to spend more than double what the tickets cost when I first tried to buy them on Ticketmaster.

I did not receive the email to automatically print my tickets (which was $7.95 - for what?). I spent a lot of time on the phone with a support person, who had to eventually get a supervisor to send me the .pdfs directly. I was also surprised by the $17.98 added PER TICKET for processing. Felt like I got ripped off and it wasn't a smooth experience.

We cancelled the order. Never received the tickets. We refused to give copies of drivers license and cancelled the order but someone put it through anyway

je n ai toujours pas mes tickets. Ils utilisent Fedex et mon "colis" est bloqué car la 1ere fois, fedex est venu à 18h42 sur mon lieu de travail que j avais donné , donc fermé et depuis 4 fois ils me disent venir le livrer, et 4 fois rien, soi disant l adresse de boulot est erroné alors que nous avons pignon sur rue et que tout le monde nous trouve!!! Pourquoi un colis pour 2 ticjets???? J ai bien peur qu en plus des 40euros de livraison je doive payer des taxes en plus!!!! Qulle m....

We go to a lot of concerts so need to get a deal wherever we can. Ticket Liquidator was good - we got U2 tickets for May and the price was reasonable, this show was hard to get tix for all.
