Great seats, great online communication and solid performance. Fees are a little pricy, but at least I received bonus frequent flyer miles at American Airline for shopping at AAdvantage eeshopping. As a whole, everything worked out fine without a hitch.

I called after I hadn't received my e-tickets after 3 hours, for an event the same evening. I was put on hold for 14 minutes, when the representative could not find an explanation, and needed to speak with a specialist. I thought she had forgotten about me, so I called back. After a bit of research I was told that they had to contact the supplier and I was put on hold, again, while she got me the number of the supplier, so I could call if I received no response. 17 minutes later I called back and was told that the supplier has a certain number of hours to reject your order (even if it was approved on Ticket Liquidator) and I should call back in an hour to find out if I'd been rejected. Suffice it to say, I will not be ordering through Ticket Liquidator again. 08/15/17 UPDATE - I did finally find out after calling back in an hour, that my purchase had been rejected. This was 3 hours before the concert! Apparently, someone had purchased them at the same time, or so I was told. Ticket Liquidator found me other tickets, but not nearly as nice as the ones I had originally purchased.

I put in an order, a message came up that there is an error and that I should call. At the same time my credit card has been charged. I called 4 times and stayed on hold for very long times but my turn never came. I also emailed twice but have not even received an automated response stating that they have received my email and will get back to me. This is simply unacceptable service. Either accept the transaction or dont charge the credit card

The concert I paid for was rescheduled but the same bands were not playing. I asked for a refund and still 4 days later have heard nothing back from a manager as promised. Worst site ever do not order from them, go straight to the source. Customer service is terrible

Ticket liquidator had the lowest price for my concert ticket. The website was easy to use on my phone. The email with my tickets came fast and I was good to go!

it shows price per ticket was $43:00 per ticket,by the time it was time for check out it costed me $231:00 for 4 tickets with all the fees added which is a cost of $57:75 per ticket. If it was not puchaseing the ticket for my granddaughter I would have cancelled them. Then when I printed them out to make it worse the price on the ticket is $20.00. I will never purchase tickets through this site again

The listed price is not what you pay. On the last screen my total increased by ~40% in fees. Very sketchy!!!!

my tickets were not valid and rejected by the Hobby Center as being previously sold. I am requesting full refund, Disappointed myself and my 5 year old granddaughter. I will contact your company directly but would appreciate and explanation. I have the contact from the Hobby Center who told me the tickets I was sold were taken back in December and should not have been advertised for sale.

too high service fees...and these fees should be communicated in the shopping cart....not during checkout.
Your site gives an impression of the final price that is incorrect abd misleading

Your website said delivered plenty of time before the event. After I received my tracking number it was the same day as the event two hours later then the event called was charged more money to make sure I got it on time that is unacceptable. Got passed around between two people neither one of them willing to work with me and help me out so I hope you enjoy the extra $10 you got out of me because you'll never get any more business from me

Worst ticket buying experience ever

I purchased two tickets to see Frankie Valli for my father for his birthday. It was in Charleston SC. which was a three hour trip for him and his girlfriend. They repeatedly messed up the shipping of the tickets only to finally call and tell me they were leaving them at will call. My father arrived at will call to get those tickets only to be told those tickets never existed. The concert was sold out so I couldn't even buy new tickets at that point.

I've never been more humiliated in my life. Add to that, every time I called them after that, these people were completely vile and rude. And have done nothing that even comes close to making this right. My father had a heart attack a few years ago and that may have very well been his last chance to catch that concert.

Do not buy anything from these people. Spend whatever extra money you have to spend with a reputable know ticket dealer.

I had ordered tickets before from Ticket Liquidator and everything went fine.

This time as I was checking out there was an over $100 service fee on each ticket. What's that about?
Seems dishonest to me. I clicked the order button too quickly and felt trapped with the service fee

Totally disagree with such high service fees. Thats a total rip off. I understand the fees but really over 50.00 for each . Will never use this service again

Attending a korn concert at the pocatella amphitheatre in Idaho. Lawn tickets were available for purchase at the gate for $35. I had pre-purchased tickets through ticket liquidator, two tickets both with a $35 value totalled $235. Two tickets were priced at $88 each and i got charged $26 service fee for each ticket. Plus a delivery fee. Its very disappointing for the convience of purchassing ahead of time ended up costing 3x the cost. I will not puchase this way again. Especially that kind of mark up

Ordered a ticket to a show and it never arrived. I expect a full refund.
