Awful experience

A little win but not all that good

I have give this game a good chance a week of paying and it is only a 1star at best on the spins you don’t get any good win most of the time it’s lower amount then what your playing and when getting on a scatter lucky to get 3 to 4 pounds ready bad gaming now we know it’s the house that wins but customers have no chance when the winning amounts is less then the spin amount pooooor

If i could rate 0 it would get it. I haven’t even been able to use the site because I signed up and before I could even do anything my account got locked, I’ve talked to customer support and they can’t even give me a reason why they’ve locked my account and it doesn’t make sense because I haven’t been able to use the account for it to be locked. Never use this site everything about it is dodgy

I have mixed feelings about this site done the £10 deposit to get 50 free spins I think I won like £80 but the wagering requirement took it all back. Couple days later feeling bored deposited £10 quickly won 25. I withdrew £15 and it was in my account within an hour. Carried on playing and somehow I won a total of £280. I withdrew £220 about 48hrs ago and it’s still waiting approval. I going to give the site the benefit of doubt because it is the weekend and it does say 1-3 days. Apart from that the site is a bit buggy and can be weird with slots bonuses, I suppose it randomly generated so sometimes you can spin 100 times and get nothing and others times they’re chucking it at you. Not the worse site but definitely not the best. Use at your own risk I say

Bad experience not a good site
Didn't get my joining promotion and agents are rude and useless

Wish I would have read the reviews before joining. Same experience as everyone else, worked out over 700 spins without a bonus which is odd. Generally terrible, example is their loyalty points means depending on type of game to earn £1 you have to wager between £900 and £3000 which is ridiculous and enhanced daily game only gives our generic promotions rather than anything useful. Waste of money.

Hi can you please sort your games out every deposit I make and when I play game.6 7. Spins in.says error i have to go back to the lobby.no joy in this frustrating very .

What a absolutely s@@t site.
It used to give you bonuses and line pays, and now you get nothing!
£130 today and never got a bonus 50p like pays and that was it!
I put £50 in and got 2 symbols throughout the £50 and got £2.50 payout which was 3 line pays in total!!!
Before today 3weeks ago put over £200 and never seen a bonus just 50p upto £3 line pays.
Save your money go elsewhere where you can actually get a rtp that's correct. And you dont get robbed!!
Account now has been deleted never going back again!!!!

Do not use this site missing free spins from my welcome offer waste of money contacted customer services sent 7 emails of the issue of missing credit if you won it was hardly worth it there are better sites out there

If you like losing all your money this is definitely where you should be play any slot with a 3 scatter bonus and you will barely land two and never get 3 the wins i have had are just my money back overall the site reminds me of an over full ashtray that stinks

Honestly if I could give the site zero rating I would! Been gambling online for over 20 years and I can safely say this site is the worse! £140 not a single bonus dead spin after dead spin. Deposited another £100 while still on the game not a single bonus.. 40p/50p spins by the way. Another 80 not a single bonus! Left it a hour went back £150 50p spins one bonus which paid £6. Biggest in game win was £4.50. This isn’t a new thing for me I’ve put on over 3 grand since December and had 3 withdrawals of £40 £30 and £50! The site is an absolute joke! All games have the same very very low pay outs. The roulettes are fixed like I’ve never seen before last week in 10 spins 8 came out 8 times… “random” live chat is a joke never gets anyone who understands English you’ll be told somebody will be in touch. I’m waiting oner a year about a missing promo I didt receive. There mistake they admitted that…. I’m still waiting. I can hand on heart say over the last 3 years the sun as changed massively for the worse! Self banned from all bookies. Closed my online accounts kept the sun open as I had loyalty points I needed to use (£14) after putting over a grand and half on by the way people: as you can see they like looking after the customer…. Last few days and tonight I’m finally done with this fraud site! Oh yeah this is the only site I know where you can’t close your account unless you speak to them on the phone! Strange behaviour! Last year I phoned to close my account! After spending thousands and it just laughing at me and I was asked countless times “are you sure” maybe you should just do a time out” don’t close your account just yet maybe have a cool off” odd behaviour from the operators! Also the daily wheel… spends thousands and get F all. Maybe 10 free spins now and then at a value of 10p. Honest people! STAY AWAY!

Shocking site, never pays out

Shame I can't give zero rating. Over 800 spins and not a single bonus. My advice, stay away, they got this site locked down to bare minimum to none existant returns.

Absolutely terrible site
So hard to use
Impossible to get your free spins
Use bet 365
100 times better
Feel ripped off by this site

This site are conning people avoid like the plague gambling association will be aware

Closed my account all these online casinos are basically robbing you lost 3.5k to these criminals recently the roulette i mean wow not even by accident did it land anywhere near my numbers I seen people on the chat saying its impossible to win tells you everything really my own fault but im signing on to gamstop again its brutal

please don't play with these bastards I had the misfortune of falling into this trap I played roulette I lost 2000 pounds in two days I was robbed by these bastards I saw with my own eyes how everything is controlled by them the dealer and the staff were talking about me at the table in Romanian not knowing that I am Romanian (like when I came again I wrote to them in the chat that I am Romanian and I understood everything they said and it is not ok for them to do that and after I wrote to them they tried to say that it was not about me and blocked me in the chat so I can't write anything anymore) yes I want I need my question how did they know that I entered to play? I want you to understand that I played 32 numbers out of 36, there were 4 numbers left, they gave the four numbers I didn't have twice, I tried in certain areas, it still gave the same thing elsewhere, I tried to play on the color, it gave 9 balls of that color, I tried to talk to customer support, I explained everything that was happening, I sent them proof, screenshots, I told them how the dealer spoke to me in Romanian, not knowing that I was Romanian, with all this, he ignored me and told me that I didn't have enough proof, I want to specify that only once I went through a number and I heard him speaking on the dealer saying (damn I covered this number) how did they know all this, everything is controlled by them, I want to specify that I will file a complaint against them everywhere so that they are held accountable for what they are doing, I have also been to the police and I reported this and I will not stop here until they are held accountable. Those who read this review advise you not to put any money in please everything is controlled by them 'a chance to win something

Terrible site -9,9999 % chance of winning, more chance getting sun burnt on Pluto than winning 12 pence from a thousand spins

Very good site to be fair joined on there offer and got a good return.
