I would give zero if I could.i opened a account.did not want a bonus.was playing and winning.then they stopped me playing.no explanation other than contact support.blocked me so I cannot get on the site.kept £422.50p.asking for id.so when I asked about what's happened.they stated its procedure.should have asked id first.not let you deposit then lock your money in over all the new year when alot of there staff is on a break.!! They said they would manually withdraw my money for me.nothings been withdrawn.all id sent.not even a reply to say thanks or we are checking id.message said we are busy at this time.stay away from this site.another scam casino.when are these sites going to be properly looked into by gaming commisions.

Makes me laugh! they go on about safer gambling ,yet they put out a free advent calender like that , spend £100 to get 20 free spins , deposit so much for 10% back, and they put up a safer gambling message when you have been on it 3 days in a row, just playing your free games , makes me lol. Today 23/12/25.
Stake £200 for £2.00 bonus money .... you couldn't make this up , safe play at it's best here hahaha.

Was a long standing player the site used to be so good and quick payouts I can notice a change in the games now the reels when you spin them are alot looser when you press chance off winning anything is zero I use to win every week when the slots wasn't changed haven't had a win in 6 months since they have clearly changed the way the games work on site very noticeable , I have more luck on livescorebet and betfred who haven't changed there reels and guess what sun vegas I win every bloody week on them sites you used to be so good now your all about making money and not paying some back to any off your players you have become a scam site shame on you

Signing up is horrendous! Driving Licence, Utility Bill, Picture of you holding a document up next to your face!!!! I did all these and here I am an hour and a half later still waiting for my account to be varified.
I can't comment on the game play or rate of return as as soon as I get access to my initial £2o deposit I am withdrawing it and closing my account with a request to delete all my information.

If i could leave zero i would. 1 contact customer services at 12.30 told they finish at 1 am... cant get through. 2 chance of winning is a disgrace. 3 I'm abso appalled with the customer service told me my loss limits is 300 but yet have let me lose 3k. I am going to the courts as abso disgrace of service

I would not advise anyone to play on this site, they get all your details and bank details, then they don't let you play, spoke to an advisor and he didn't help me what so ever, save your time and money, most importantly don't give them your personal details as when i gave them my, they couldn't find them, seems like they got lost to the hackers

This site is disgraceful. The amount of return for your money is terrible. The returns on the bonuses are so small. Utter disgusting site

This app is scam dont even try this app I by mistake deposit after wager of 10 pound by mistake I deposited more money later i withdraw after that they took bonus when I spoke to alex agent he T&C wht a Bullshit before even try this app be careful they are scammers

The site and Sun Bingo has changed so much , I've been a member for well over 15yrs and they used to play well and fair and sometimes with very good wins , I'ts now been months without wins and for us long standing players , we can definitely see a difference on both sites ( and tbh on most sites these days) . Also Sun Bingo is so boring now you can't dab your own cards.

Absolutely awful site.
If it does give you a win its always very minor and way less than the stake.
When playing slots or even slingo the payout seems that the odds are against you. Never get a good run for long. Then it switches and takes everything it had given you. I would rate it way less than a 1. Its beyond embarrassing playing the site as I know there's 0% chance on getting anything worth taking from the site. Waste of money!!!!!!

Rarely pays out, takes but gives back minuscule amounts to what you deposit

Its a total waste of time cant get anything from it like soon as I deposit its gone like in 5 mins im a regular deposit and its like this everytime been with this site for 6 months and haven't withdrawal once so if you want to waste your money like I have done then do it but if not AVOID AT ALL COST

Reading the comments on this site just shows that finding reliable and balanced reviews on casino's and bookies is virtually impossible.

95% of poor reviews are from people that are bad losers or people that are less than legitimate or using dodgy payment methods.

There are of course some very poor sites, asking for intrusive KYC documents and using that to delay or not pay out winnings.... this site is not one of them, certainly in my experience.

The sign up took 60 seconds, I won on some slots and lost on others, I made withdrawals and they were in my account within an hour, I received the sign up spins no problem. There was literally nothing I saw on the site to remotely justify these poor reviews.

I can only conclude that they're made by people that are clueless as to how slots/table games etc pay out. The RTP is calculated over LONG periods of time, a 100 or 200 or even 500 spins on a slot are no guarantee of any decent return or bonuses, certainly not on the high volatility ones. You could go 2000 spins without a bonus then get 3 in 10 spins, it's happened to me before and I don't pull my face because I understand (to a degree) how the RTP works.

Anyway, for anyone looking to sign up, I can assure you that if you're legit, you're not self excluded from sister sites, you use your own payment methods etc etc, you'll have absolutely no issue with this site.

I would give less than one star! I have joined this casino a few days ago - wanted to play some slots from which I haven’t won anything At all even those games in a daily and weekly tournament list ! I have tried on different daily times even late in evening but there was no bonus games still! How is that possible that you cannot win anything regarding those tournaments??! So on my second playing time I have received a message on the screen that my account is suspended by responsible gaming department! It seems that casino representing tournaments which you want to play and to get a bonuses from the games and it takes longer than 1 hour or 2 hour because you need to collect points to be in that tournament. But regardless of that - responsible gaming Department will close you down as you played too long !! So in the end it seems - THEY WILL NEVER LET YOU TO WIN ANY TOURNAMENT AT ALL as theirs intentions only one - to collect the money from us! In that case I would rename this casino To a charity company THE SUN VEGAS as they meets all possible requirements to be a charity one ! I definitely closed my account immediately with that company who is pretending to be a casino !!!!
I had a very nice experience in some other casinos online and they are definitely treat you well as a player but this one does not deserve even a ONE STAR!

The daily free game isn't free, they expect you to pay a tenner before you play the Free game.
Joke of a site
Avoid like the plague

Games ran mostly smooth, but verification took longer than the “few minutes” note.

I deposited 50 pounds and won over 100 pounds cancelled my welcome bonus money in my account within hours games were ok bonuses were ok I can't complain don't understand the bad reviews

£200+ in on £1 stake on foshin frenzy megaways… not even 1 bonus or any base win. That is absolutely horrendous!! Will not be returning!!

Defo rigged a played £100 on the one slot just drains your money then something seems a bit laggy reels turn more than usaull then puts you off complain to cs just to be to told screen shot it and upload joke no help atall
