I’m glad you’re here reading this. My advice is to read this and all the other real reviews and stay well clear of this site. Like others, I did the wager £10 and get 150 free spins nonsense. Like others, I won around £10 which evened out what I lost, then when I felt it was time to walk away with (what I thought I had won) it tells you that you can’t withdraw your winnings as the wager hadn’t been met and by the way I followed the link correctly and carefully right through so there shouldn’t be any discrepancies. However once I checked the bonus history section it said I hadn’t wagered enough towards the £100 wager!!!!!! I’ve sat on their chat for almost an hour and no response and contacted them via email (which they have hidden away too). This site is purely a big open drain to throw your money into for them to scam you. And a message for you, The Sun Vegas scammers. Don’t even bother adding a generic demeaning condescending reply to this comment as it’s a waste of time. Nobody cares and wants to read what generic nonsense and lies under this on what I did wrong. I use gambling sites regularly and you can withdraw your money instantly, you lot are complete scammers! No wonder the print media is dead and on their knees when scam sites like this pop up to steal your money under your brand umbrella. It’s pathetic. Now let’s see what absolutely pathetic condescending response you give beneath this, if your going to steal my money and annoy me you can at least cheer me up and give me a laugh at your pathetic generic response so that my tenner that you stole at least gives me a laugh!

Guys I literally never experienced anything bad like this. I spent over £800 on 10p 20p 40p spins not even a single bonus i put over £400 in on 20p spins. Keep away. I joined today and spent £10. I got 150 free spins and won a total of £10.50 . I can't find out what games I can spend it on. I can't contact the help center. Please be careful with these people their deposit bonuses are an absolute nonsense. I deposited £50 for a 100% match and received £50 in my bonus funds, I then wagered the amount specified. The bonus then does NOT come active until you use all of your cash balance! So in effect you have to wager 5 times to get the bonus and then lose all your money before it activates, that's not a deposit bonus that's a pure and utter con! I have now withdrawn my remaining balance and the bonus has disappeared even though I have completed the necessary steps. Customer service are not interested and think its fine for this bonus to be portrayed in this way, I think its misleading and you cant actually get anything from the bonus.

I can honestly say from my experience that this site is genuine. I was a little sceptical when I withdrew on my account a few days ago. OK yes it wasn't a large sum but upon withdrawal request, it was stated that will take upto 10 days but I got my money in 3 days. Do your own research and gamble on your own instincts but I will honour the site in loyalty. I may be proven wrong at a later stage, but time will tell.......

Very disappointing withdrawal experience.
I have been waiting for 3 withdrawals for more than 10 days and have contacted Sun Vegas customer service several times.
During this time, the withdrawal statuses have changed between approved, declined and pending. I was first told the withdrawals had failed, then that they had been reprocessed via BACS on 11 and 14 September, and later I was told that all 3 had been processed and sent.
Despite this, I then received an email saying that my withdrawal was still “awaiting completion” and asking me to choose another payment method or provide bank details.
Customer service has repeatedly given me generic answers about waiting 1–10 working days instead of clearly explaining why the withdrawals failed or why I was receiving contradictory information.
Deposits from my bank account were taken almost instantly, but withdrawing my winnings has been a completely different experience.
I am now raising a formal complaint and keeping screenshots of all conversations and emails. I will update this review depending on how and when the matter is resolved

hi, I had an issue with the platform they have on their casino and there loss/deposit limits and how they manage this with basically cancelling bets after they are laid.....this is the reality of how bad their platform is. On the last occasion I laid a bet and after the table was in motion and bets closed they removed bets rather than advising of limits when being laid. I lost well over £600 - account closed. If I had the time I would have contacted the gambling commission but hopefully you will read this and use many of the other platforms available which are far more user friendly. Account closed. On the complaint they tried to turn this into a responsible gambling issue rather than a genuine complaint on an unethical platform which hopefully is investigated by someone out there...

Sun Vegas is a really poor site compared to other online casinos — it simply doesn’t compete. From my experience, it feels like the algorithm is heavily stacked against the player.
I tested it side by side with well-known online casinos over a two-day period, matching spins for spins. Sun Vegas consistently came out worse — offering fewer jackpots, and when jackpots did hit, they were noticeably lower than elsewhere.
The deposit system is also very poor. Transactions are slow, often time out, and money can take far too long to appear in your account. It feels like funds get stuck somewhere between your bank and the casino, which is incredibly frustrating.
I also tested the customer service via live chat, and that was just as disappointing — slow, unhelpful, and not fit for purpose.
Finally, closing your account is far more difficult than it should be. You have to request it through live chat, explain why you’re leaving, and practically beg for it to be closed. This feels completely wrong — you should be able to close your account easily at any time without jumping through hoops.
Overall, this is a complete waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend Sun Vegas to anyone.

Topped up a few times played big bass splash does something every time I top never get the bonus and same wins ever time clearly a scam sight so if I was u I would stay will clear of this sight and all the other ones as just take and never give
