In what seemed like a twinkling of the eye, Samuel Kwintner reviewed my ever-increasing policy and successfully negotiated with another company for a greatly reduced premium. The follow-up service was exemplary - an easy 5 stars that should be more.

Oliver Hawker contacted me in good time before my policy renewal date and soon produced another much cheaper quote than the current offer I had received, but still with a well known company. The switch was completed with minimum fuss. I was very pleased with the whole process.

I used PHC many years ago and contacted them again a few days before my current renewal. Sam Kwintner was excellent and clearly an expert in this field. All the research and labour was carried by Sam and we moved to a really quick solution that fitted perfectly. We actually split our policy which was great advice and saved perhaps over £1k per year for equivalent cover. Not using a broker of this quality in this insurance space is madness.

We had dealt with another company in recent years but this year they weren’t able to obtain a reasonable quote. Also, an acute medical condition that I had suffered during the year but which was fully cured and unlikely to occur again in the opinion of the consultant, was to be excluded. Along came, from the PHC, Jennifer Janes who managed to obtain a significantly improved quote and amazingly from the same insurer, together with no exclusion of the cured condition and one month payment free. We were of course delighted and have since referred four people to Jennifer. Highly recommend.
