Visited the Croydon branch at 5pm on Saturday we used to go a lot and I was so disappointed on how bad it was. Completely bored and scruffy lack lustre staff ,we waited for over 10 minutes to be offered a drink then another 10 to get one ,we ordered cokes so hardly complicated.to be fair the starters were hot and ok but the mains. Wow! Fatty pork ribs you would throw away the corn of the cob was uncooked which I pointed out to the waitress chips lacklustre ,my son had an over cooked burger and the cost with no achlol or deserts £170 !!! I still tipped the waitress because to me it’s down to the management.the whole restaurant is tired and dirty and really needs a complete overhaul. I actually tried calling to s[eak to a manager today to leave some feedback but was told to leave feedback om their website .seriously just don’t bother , if I could leave no stars I would ! Poor poor poor

A rare visit out I popped into TGI Bournemouth.. firstly the server was very polite and I can't fault her however .. I sat at the bar on my left there was a bottle of cleaning product on the bar for my 1 hour or so stay on my left on the bar stool was a roll on blue roll.. which made me chuckle as the I assume was as duty manager moved 8t onto the bar top on my right which again remained there for the duration of my visit.. was once a got to great brand .. seemed tired and meh

Grace welcomed us and recommended the various cocktails on offer. Really friendly, will definitely come back

Ordered via uber eats an hour ago for delivery in 15 minutes. Ordered cancelled just now. Ridiculous service minutes before it's due. We live less than 5 minutes away from Middlebrook restaurant. Until now we would eat once every month or two. Never again.

Went to tgi Fridays in High Wycombe for my daughter's 5th birthday and couldn't have asked for any better! On arrival they gave her a badge sat us at the table and brought over some balloons. Ordered food and they were happy to cater for my gluten free which is hard for me to find so this was lovely! They then bring my daughter a balloon crown for her to wear which made her smile.
Ordered pudding not a huge selection for gluten free but the waitress Katie went to the kitchen and enquired about a gluten free sundae they went above and beyond to make me a pudding I could eat! My daughter wanted ice cream for pudding in which we brought her and whilst eating this pudding they unexpectedly also brought over cake for her and sang happy birthday she was over the moon and they made her day so special honestly was an amazing experience all round!
Massive shout-out to Katie as she made the whole meal out so special and went above and beyond for us all! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The most boring menu, same old stuff. Hasn't been the same since COVID when they reduced the choice. Sadly this will be the last time I will dine here until they expand the choice on the menu.

I booked a table at TGI Fridays Westfield in Stratford. It was my sons 8th birthday. We have our own TGI in Basildon but I specifically booked at Stratford. Firstly, because I worked there for 2 years when I was a student, and received multiple rewards, secondly because I wanted to celebrate my son's birthday in the Taxi car table, I specifically asked for it in my booking request 2 days before the booking.

On arrival, the lady next to the screen told us that she will not give us the table because "its not busy and they don't serve that table". She called the manager. The manager was a lady with no tact and no ability to explain the why they won't serve us at that table. She invented a story about failure of the booking system an walked away. I showed them my booking in my phone. Disgraceful liars. We went to Five Guys and strongly recommend it. Order your own meal, serve yourself and don't let miserable employees to destroy your son's birthday. Distressingly inadequate manager and host.

The Wine was stale, the maccheroni with cheese without cheese, definitely too expensive. Only the staff was very friendly.

Lovely food as always, recommended to all. Mohamed was the waiter, he was brilliant.

Me and the Mrs love a bi-monthly TGIs but every time we go its just gets more and more expensive to the point last night will the last time…. £83 + £5 tip as the staff in MK are always lovely is just NUTS for two people.

Even the staff have had enough, I always chat with them when we go in and even they mention how the prices are effecting footfall, cutting hours etc etc.

Stop price gouging and sort it out.

This was TGI Friday on Sunday the 26th of May at 18:23 senior management needs to check the CCTV camera to see what is going on at this TGI, was left waiting at the door for 15 minutes, (0 meet and greet and seat) had to walk in and ask to be seated was then left weighting another 15 to 20 minutes at the table there was other couples and families around me that where complaining about the service lack of stock and waiting time when the restaurant was only one quarter full, all the staff seem to be doing was milling around and talking to each other and not doing any work at all and just congregating in areas where they would not be noticed, in the end I got up and left and as I was leaving a family left complaining bitterly then another couple left as they did not get served either as I went out a couple queueing up at the door also decided that they had enough of waiting and watching the staff do nothing but talk to each other and also decided to leave, this branch needs reform or it will drag down TGI Fridays reputation to beyond repair.

Wow!!! Unbelievably expensive for what you get. £188 for 5 definitely not worth the money. Will definitely not be going back. Telford

Wedding anniversary meal

What a disappointment, food was horrendous, steak was like a brick is if it had been stood around for days and reheated, turned up cold along with the fries, garlic bread was rock solid
The sweet sesame chicken was cold along with the fries, just ruined everything
Didn’t even get asked if the food was ok, they just brought the bill over, customer service an absolute zero

What a disgrace, I will never be going back to a TGI again

Horrendous, food was terrible, place was disgusting.
Cribbs causeway Bristol just don’t bother.
Loaded fries were just slop, nothing like the posted picture,
Chicken bites were cold and dry, almost no sauce and a meagre amount blue cheese dressing
Mac cheese in a skillet, not baked ina skillet stone cold the skillet is for show
Drinks were slow
Wish it would let me show pics

i’ve been a few times now and it’s getting worse the buns are too thick and they put some crap over it that’s sweet
my wife feels the same she hates the place so expensive as well
not good at all used to be ok a few years ago but i went to one in london last month terrible
and went to one in milton keynes yesterday as last time i had one there was a year ago but was ok
not now , terrible food in reality

Unbelievably expensive, £38 for a mixed grill???? Staff are nice enough, but seem to have been briefed to hide the special offers. We had to actively research & then ask for the Uptown, Downtown menu which seemed to be hidden behind the bar. Food was then stone cold & had to be remade, which meant that we ate in two groups which didn't make for the best birthday experience for our daughter.

This is low quality fast-food at exclusive restaurant prices, no wonder the place was empty.

We were a table of 5 at Bournemouth and our server was Georgia, we were celebrating my daughter's 19th Birthday, it's where she wanted to go. My daughter has an allergy and did not want any singing. Georgia was very attentive and made it special for her without making too much fuss which was most appreciated. The food and drinks were expensive, but everywhere has had to put their costs up and as it was a special occasion, and we had some discounts with the app, it was manageable. We all had burgers and they were all presented nicely, mine could have been hotter, i had the vegan burger. We all had a nice time celebrating though, so thank you.

My first choices of food I wasn't able to have as I am allergic to crustaceans and was informed that the meals are oozed in the same fat.
Surely in this day and age with peoples problems with allergies that fish should be cooked in one fryer and meat in a different one. Surely Vegans would an annoyed at this information
I will not be visiting again soon as my choice was very limited.
This is a world wide chain with a poor attitude to people's allergies. This could end up with someone becoming very ill and in worse case scenario dying. The company needs to be more responsible and sensitive.
