Use to love this place untill they decided to remove most of the vegetarian options. Walked out last time we went there as only options were sides. Wont go back.

Awful attuide of manager was disgusting poor food not as descrided and reported to authoritys and will be seeking refund and food was also cold and i do not recommed tjfridays and tjfridays also abuse by getting my previous truth ful review removed which is lieing disgusting further abuse from tjfridays on this site as i speak the truthand reported to heath inspection i have photo of the food and also staff very rude and yes very disgusting behaviour of tjfriday and very nasty staff i took photo of food as evidence and paid under protest and forced to paid by abuseful nasty manager and this tjfridays is in huge trouble under consumer law and meal not as descibed and disgusting and i do not recommed tjfridays to anyone and yes in huge trouble i have contacted my solictors and i will make it my mission to get this disgusting tjfriday shut down closed down and staff have abuseful and threatening towards me as a regular customer today and in the past and also rude and nasty and very bad staff and bad resturant and were very abusing made fun of me and im vauble disable person with learning differcuties a nd were laughing at me and discrition towards and sitting on there backsides doing nothing and apart from laughing at a disabled vauble person with learning differcuites and also because i was given food not as described which is wrong under consumer law and customer is always right and mice are in the resturant read the watford observer incident and yes resturant tjfridays i am seeking legal action for abuse as long time customer and the food made me ill i got food poisoning and very angry and upset by this disgusting awful tjfridays resturant i do need to seek legal action and uncaring rude nasty attuide from manager and i had upset stomach pains all night due to food poisoning and to be honest food was awful and chips had in fridge for weeks and this place think it is okay to serve cold rotten food and food not as described and have breach there contact

I attended TGI Fridays on Buchanan Street this evening Sunday 30th August 26. I have to say the service left a lot to be desired. There was 6 of us and only 5 meals arrived until we brought it to the attention of the staff. We were actually missing a meal. The staff did not seem interested to the point it took 2 members of staff to sort the issue of a missing meal. When the food arrived it was cold. The staff didn’t apologise for the inconvenience. We are all average built people and found the booths very small with not much space between yourself and the table. We then left the restaurant, On leaving a member of the party brought the whole service and attitudes of staff to the attention of one of the staff members at the door. The member of staff genuinely didn’t care and the feedback seemed to fall on deaf ears. We live in England and looked at this as a good place to eat with a company that good reputation. The whole experience fell very short of what we all expected. Due to the whole experience me and my friends will not be attending any TGI Fridays again and will bring this to the attention of other friends and family.

Visited CMK branch in the Theatre District. The table service was very good. Tables were sticky, including the bar. Toilets were disgusting - out of 4 female cubicles, one had the seat on the floor and 2 were too dirty to use. No soap available. I thought the food was OK but before we left I had to use the toilet twice - quickly - which made me question the kitchen hygiene.

We had this guy as a server he act like, he didn't know what was going on. His eyes was real bugged, he had on some crops. That was not a good look for service at a restaurant, not a man, the food went down here from there.

The Southampton branch is excellent. Brilliant staff and a very good rump steak. I did have my doubts due to the reviews but it was very good.

I went there Saturday afternoon with my hubby and I renewed my vows to never step foot in that restaurant again. The waiter was a new young girl with zero knowledge about anything food related ( their food) and couldn’t recommend anything. I oscillated between a steak or a burger and I decided toward the first option. The steak came much smaller than the advertised size overcooked ( I ordered medium well ) overpriced with ultra salty mashed potatoes made out of the instant bag not from real fresh peeled potatoes plus the meat was also super salty. I declined the food and I tried to explain the problem to the waiter who had zero patience to listen at what I had to say squealing “ call the manager” and she turned her back letting me with my words in the air A lady came eager to cover for the waitress who was super rude and tried to convince me that the steak was ok and the potatoes weren’t extremely salty and gooey even if I explained to her that is not true. Moreover, the way how the waitress treated us not to mention that before I ordered I asked her how much would be adding a salad or a side of l broccoli. She said “ I don’t know “ I’ll go to ask . And we wait . And wait and wait.. In the mean time she was going serving other people who just arrived and the raw of tables empty in the bar area empty when we came got filled up and everyone was already served and eating while we were still waiting for her answer to how much would be a side to be added because the menu“ forgot “to mention this detail. While she was taking the order for the table next to ours my patience run out and I asked her that we were there since 45 minutes or so waiting to be served and she forgot about us . When I asked her to come and take our order before the people who just came in she had an attitude and she told us to call the manager . Finally manager came and she didn’t give me any advise about the options or promotions or anything else Finally the steak came kind of cold ( like warm) After tasting a small piece of burnt salty meat called “ medium well steak “ and a pinch of the gooey ultra salty mashed potatoes I turn down that $35 dish and I ordered the burger. My husband ordered chips and fish and was brought without coleslaw he realized almost at the end that was missing “ something” another waiter was a little more receptive and she rushed to bring him the little sample of the coleslaw while he was reaching to the last bite of fish .. At the end the manager came with a coupon of $10 discount for “ next time “ I told her after 2 hours of waiting to eat cold food which was not quite what was advertised there will not be the next time” . Therefore I was asking for the discount to be applied to the present check . She took the coupon in a heist and returned with a $10 less of the bill but nothing more for instance a free desert or to take out the $5 beer my husband ordered from the check but oh no they are super cheap . Everything was done in a hostile manner making us feel uncomfortable and the young waitress was a disaster. I hope she will be retrained but I’m not sure cause the manager was very protective of her ( I thought she might be a relative of herself ) therefore she felt encouraged to continue to act on the same manner but I promised myself that not with us . No more TG Friday on Porter Ranch which used to be a fantastic place to get very tasty food and great service .. ( lava cakes great dishes etc) but that was once upon a time ..

The staff were lovely but I was really disappointed as this place used to be excellent. When we visited 3 or 4 years ago, the manager took my order personally to ensure my gluten-free needs were met. This time, the server took the order and offered me crispy chicken—which contains gluten—which doesn't fill you with confidence. Despite the restaurant being empty, the food took a very long time. When the manager finally brought the meal out, my Cobb salad was missing the bacon, grated cheese,blue cheese and the ranch dressing. I essentially paid nearly £13 for dry lettuce, red onion,boiled egg and avocado. I wouldn’t recommend here to anyone GF or celiac; the standards have dropped significantly.

Had the half priced ribs and happy hour drinks for a 37 year anniversay at Fountsin Gate. Had a marvelous time. Drinks prices @ happy hour fantastic. Ribs were on target demolished them

What happened to this company. It was supposed to be a entertaining night out with vibrant fun staff and great food.

Meadowhall TGI Friday this weekend was sticky unclean booths. Then the food was very average for the over £106 bill. It tasted like a very poor takeaway. We had a modest meal with a shared starter, two mains and no desserts. No alcohol was included. I had water and they had cola. The worse bit was the sour faced waitress who looked like someone had died. She failed at both starter phase and mains to bring any cutlery, despite our polite requests. We had to get our own. I called her over twice and she literally ignored us walking within a foot both times. No emotion on her face. She was quite happy to chat to her coworkers though instead of providing service. This meal spectacular was finished off with a dose of food poisoning after. Overall a wonderful night. Felt very ripped off. The place needs closing down.

Visited TGI FRIDAYS at resorts world Birmingham for my nieces 18th.
Extremely long wait for food yet there seemed plenty of staff.
Food arrived with no cutlery for my steak. Overall food was extremely poor including my steak & my partners very small cold chicken burger. I could go on. Over £300 the bill with 10per cent service charge. Really? Reluctantly they took it off. Avoid at all costs. Thats been generous. It was so bad on what should have been a day to remember.

HORRIFIC DOESN'T EVEN COME CLOSE! Can someone please tell me what has happened to the TGI Fridays i used to know! Gone are the days of outstanding service, enormous portions, excellent quality and outstanding value! Instead theyre serving mediocre food for inflated prices. An £19 burger that looked like it could have been purchased from McDonald's... 1/2 rack of ribs with DEEP FRIED sweet potato fries and a measly pathetic looking salad... all for the inflated cost of £23!!!! Food is below average but cost has increased significantly. TGI's used to be a place to go to feel looked after, treated, where burgers were impressive and quality and portions excelled. A shell of its former self and wont be returning.

Visited TGI F Wembley on Sat 31st Jan. The venue and food was good let down by poor customer service. Once I was sat down I was completely forgotten about. When ordering you have to grab the attention of one of the servers otherwise you will sit there and won't be served. It wasn't even busy but the workers are busy chatting amongst themselves. You ask a question it's like you're bothering them from their important chit chat. If you go there be prepared to wait ages to be served definitely not service with a smile either. I saw one guest leave because they didn't get served staff didn't care.

Came to tgi in Bluewater for valentines with my partner, food was excellent and our server grace w was amazing and so efficient definitely coming back 🩷

Today I came to TGI’s Bluewater to celebrate my sons 14th birthday I just want to thank Joanne door, trina and Sofia there service was outstanding thank you lady’s for making my sons birthday lunch a great atmosphere Will

We ate at the TGI cheadle restaurant this evening.
It was absolutely awful, the food was terrible, choice was not good and the price was expensive for what we had .
We will never go to TGI Friday ever again.
What a waste of money, they deserve to go out of business 👎
