Waited 15 mins to be served - at the bar - just for drinks! There were at least 6 young staff that we saw and only 1 on the bar - even though we were clearly waiting. Finally I had to ask if we could have drinks.

Went as a party of 5 for bottomless brunch and it was really busy in there.
I've been to a few places for bottomless & this one is by far the best. We had Fiona as our hostess and ahe was brilliant, friendly yet professional. We were never left without a drink in hand even though the place was busy she was fantastic.
The only thing I think could change for the tgi menu is the food. Some people are picky and are put off by the over sticky and seasoned menu. I asked for pain and they accommodated so can't complain just some won't ask and go without so just having the option of having it plain on the menu might help or some alternative foods

Went to TGI bluewater, long wait for food, drinks nobody seemed interested.food overpriced and smaller portions than last time. That’s the last time I would go there

Took my son for his 15th Birthday. Not been for years, first time today, will never go back. Food over priced, dirty table, food under our feet, sticky seats and to top it off hair in the deep fried chicken burger! Put us all off finishing our food. Waste of money. The manager did give us 10% off the bill but all in all just ruined the experience. TGIF.. do better!!

Served a burger that was barely on the bread bun! Food went cold whilst I waited for a stick to at least hold the burger together. No refill offered and could not eat the meal! Worst service ever by children and they had the cheek to call me rude as I complained and they still tried to charge me for a meal I couldn’t eat! Disgusting service and will never eat there again!

We had a lovely guy by name Joshua and he was very professional and bubbly. He did such an amazing job . Thanks again for a great night

We went to Sutton Coldfield branch on Sunday 11/08/24. Two of the tables we were offered had VERY sticky seats, so we went and found our own cleaner table. When i tried to pick up my napkin it was stuck to a sticky spot on the table! The service was extremely slow despite the place being almost empty. People behind us were making a complaint and the manager refused to come out and speak to them! Terrible service. HOWEVER, I have to say that our waiter Terrell made the whole visit worthwhile. He was cheerful throughout, very apologetic about slow service and stayed beyond his leaving time to make sure everything we ordered was correct. He's an asset to this business and I hope they value him as such. when the food finally arrived it was lovely.

If I could give a 0 to the awful Cheltenham branch I would. Riblet starter sent back - no meat on ribs, no sauce on ribs: smashed double cheese and bacon burger sent back for no cheese and no bacon. Poor inexperienced waitress was all apologies and highly embarrassed. We were told these would be deducted from the bill but when the final bill came to over £62, the riblets had been deducted but not the burger because it had been remade! Manager called: no apology and no interest, just took the payment while making ridiculous excuses for the awful food quality. I will never visit another Fridays’s ever again and nor should you. Absolutely awful experience. Avoid like the plague!

Went to TGI Brighton marina last night waitress was very nice but waited one and hour hours for burger and chips had to ask where food was and told only 2 chefs working and HUGE backlog in kitchen orders. Food was nice but would have expected to have bill halved for such a long wait but only got offered a free dessert but as waited so long for main course staff clearing up around us so took slice of chocolate cake home wasn’t tasty. Won’t go back again and spend £25 on principal.

We went to the Ashton under Lyne branch, service off Jenn was remarkable very friendly & pleasant food. The food was amazing, hot and a really good portion size. A very clean & tidy restaurant. Would defiantly dine here again.

£25 for a burger and fries... absolute joke! Was expecting a belly buster for that price.
So disappointed with what came, it's 3 thin patties in a bun with a couple of gherkins and cheese.
Burger king over the road can do that for about £8-£10 drink included.
Service was slow as well. Bottomless drinks but only if your server can be bothered to come over and refill them!
Won't be returning here again!

Ordered rare delivery for a treat due to sudden change of plans. Would have been better off popping some bread in toaster. Cold and dry fries, burger very expensive for what it is. Milkshake, well what a complete rip off that is. I’d expect for £4.40 it would be thick and creamy, but no, just milk and flavour, same as I have at home. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed 😞. Never again TGI.

Ordered £100 worth of food! Half turned up & Deliveroo will do nothing about it! Absolute daylight robbery!!! How can they get away with this

The prices are extortionate and food quality and quantity mediocre, you can go to fancy restaurants who serve organic top class produce and not pay as much, couple of pennies short of £10 for a starter, £20+ for a main course, didn't look at deserts but guessing they will also be ridiculously priced. Oh don't forget the buy one get one free on cocktails, sounds good right, until you realise one cocktail is £16!!....... In the current financial climate the prices are just silly and tone deaf to most people's current struggles. On the other hand if you are blessed enough to have the spare cash to be spending £38 on a nothing special mixed grill then maybe consider doing something better with that cash.
Just to note the staff at the Halifax restaurant visited were all polite and attentive, this review is not a reflection of them.

TGI- Nottingham

Visited yesterday after a presentation to be welcomed at peak lunch hour by an empty restaurant, literally 3 tables full.
Firstly we were sat next to a dripping air con unit with a dirty mop bucket placed underneath before we moved ourselves to another table.

Took over 20 minutes to place our drinks order let alone meal orders. Whilst waiting it was clear to see why the restaurant was so empty and I’m sad to say it’s the staff.
All stood at the back on phones completely ignoring customers.

When the food arrived it came cold, not one check back was done and no one even asked if we wanted refills on our refillable drinks, we had to take ourselves to the bar to do this. We did ask for the meals to be replaced with hot ones but they never came either!

We quickly asked for the bill after leaving the meals, I brought up the issues to the server who told me she doesn’t get paid enough for s@@t she sent over the shift manager who was also very unhelpful.
As a good will gesture they took off one of the refill drinks even though all 3 meals were still cold on the table.

Paid the £60 bill and left. On the way out we were asked if we would like boxes for our food to go which we declined.

Really don’t know what happened to the Nottingham branch, we have been coming for 17+ years and you would never of been able to get a table through walk in but the last 12 months it’s dead every time we come past.
That should have been a massive warning that something was wrong, however we didn’t listen.

Tip- Save your money and go else where. Far nicer and better quality restaurants in the area!

Got to the restaurant with 3 others, the restaurant was empty (only 3 other tables of people and over 15 empty), we got served drinks immediately, however our food took 40 minutes and was sitting under the heat lamp for 15 minutes while we waited on it. When we got it it wasn't very hot, and also the food wasn't great. TGI fridays does better boxed food from Iceland. Really expensive for a mediocre meal

Metrocentre. Half the stuff wasn’t available, took over 40 minutes to arrive and it was so disappointing. Had one bite of the chicken sandwich and nearly choked to death it was so dry. No vinegar or sauce either, would rather go to Wetherspoons, same quality but a third of the cost. First visit in years and it will certainly be the last.

Stevenage - order was taken promptly but then we sat for 30 minutes with no drinks. Drinks and food arrived together - food was warm not hot - we were a table of 5 who arrived when there were only two other couples in the place so not like they were busy. Avoid the toilets - the gents had cling film over all the urinals and the ladies only had one toilet that had a lock on the door and was working. Staff though were friendly.

I recently visited TGI Fridays at Liverpool One and was thoroughly disappointed. First, many items on the menu were unavailable, which severely limited our choices. The cleanliness was appalling, with sticky tables and seats making for an uncomfortable dining experience. Our drink orders were completely forgotten, and after waiting for an extended period, we had to cancel them altogether. To make matters worse, the salad bowl we ordered was very expensive and extremely disappointing in both quality and portion size. Overall, it was a frustrating and unsatisfactory visit. I won't be returning.
