I always got Tetley my favorite tea..but this year 2021 to now..its changed i can say its horrible what did you do to my tea. I hope you fix this problem soon because im about to buy red rose or something ..i so miss my tea i refuse to pay the high price we are paying to have to use 2 bags for one tea..that would be 108 teas out of a box of 216..not good. Tetley tea bags have changed!I have bought them for years, but all of a sudden they make a very muddy coloured tea and it's almost undrinkable needless to say I won't be buying again!

Agree to all the negative feedback. Tetley used to be my go-to drink but it now tastes more like the bag than the tea. Another long-established and once British company dragged into the gutter by greedy foreign businessmen; not what the Tetley brothers envisioned I'm sure.

I used to buy this brand all the time, but having recently invested in a large packet of 240 tea bags, I was left thoroughly disappointed, in that they are now weaker in strength and have a blatant metallic taste. It's now sub-budget quality tea, and I'm finished with it.

I’ve just bought a pack of Tetley tea bags at the supermarket and had the first cup last night and immediately noticed it tasted different. Added to that, as others have noted, I ended up with a mouthful of tea leaves. Thinking something I had eaten may have tainted the taste I had my first cup of tea this morning before breakfast and it is exactly the same taste. Additionally, I got another mouthful of tea leaves!

Ive been using Tetley tea bags for years over the last few months and different packs of tea bags from different supermarkets have found they do not make a cup of tea like they used to. No matter how long the bag is left in the cup its still weak. Will be changing to another brand next time I go shopping.

Bought a large bag of 1100 tetley tea bags as I have always used tetley and to say I like my tea is an understatement , the tea is weak and doesn't taste the same also bags are bursting a lot easier , will be switching to another brand , tetley get your act together before all your customers switch .

Always bought Tetley because the tea bags made a decent cup of tea, but recently they don't. The tea is, weak and tasteless. I suspect the amount of tea in the tea bag has been reduced. Switching to another brand as this looks like a Tetley cost-cutting exercise.. at the customers expense. Such bean-counting is bound to hurt the company in the long term

Came here to see if others were having similar issues to me. The amount of tea in the bags has been halved, they’re made so cheaply and there’s about a cm of tea leaves floating at the end. Keep mindlessly taking a sip of tea and ending up with a mouth full or sludgy tea leaves. On top of this they’ve started charging more for the privilege of having to spit 20% of my tea out.

i have also noticed tetley tea bags so weak .half the amount of tea in the bag ,and cant make a descent strong tea at all out of them .only used to buy tetley but will not be buying again .

I have never left a review before on food items but just had to!!!
Yuck, the worst tea ever! Had to actually throw in food waste bin as the whole family (of 7) agreed! Looks strong when brewed but is actually tasteless!
Back to the Irish teas, Thomson’s, Nambarrie and Barrys!

Finding the bags to be very weak indeed, we noticed a year ago but in the last 2 months from 2022 January, they have gone even weaker.
We can't even make 2 cups of tea from 1 bag as the second cup tastes like hot water.

I've given Tetley a 5 star for a reason,
I like making my own wine, and I once used tetley tea bags as an experiment to see what type of alcohol it would make. Oh my god guys (AMAZING). Tetley tea, will produce you, now wait for this guys, get ready, a very crisp fuity white wine and it tastes absolutely amazing. Yes I know it sounds ridiculous and crazy because it's tea, but believe me I've done it and it's absolutely beautiful.

Always had tetley tea but the last packet I had was bitter and tasted of disinfectant very disappointed

I was disappointed with the unpleasant taste of my Tetley cuppa. I change the brand of my tea every so often and Tetley ranked amongst one of my favourites.
Tetley tea has changed beyond all recognition. My cup of tea looks muddy and unappealing and has a bitter peculiar taste.

These tea bags have gone tasteless and a queer taste. Won’t be buying them again after buying them for years

Was curious to see if people thought their tea was weaker . I have found this too. It has put me off buying them next time. They stay weak even if you leave them in the cup

This company has really let me down, i've been drinking Tetley tea for as long as i can remember. My latest purchase has left me using 2 tea bags instead of 1. I want my money back, and I wont buy anymore from your company if you don't start looking after your customers
