Pleasant spa experience.
Like: good quality spa facilities & enjoyable massage treatment at a time of my choice. Staff polite & attentive. Parking rules could have been clearer, as I needlessly paid £4, before I arrived in the pool area; not on the parking area signs & Reception had no staff present when I went to ask, which I raised with staff at the spa reception. Cream tea provided: scones lovely, but coffee awful - like dishwater. Stayed 5.5 hours.

Was really nice but time wasn’t long enough along with the afternoon Tea. Should be able to pick your time and then go back into spa.

Cancelled booking, no refund...
Made a booking which showed available on the website and payment was taken immediately. Then got an email a few days later saying that the stay I booked was unavailable. I requested a refund which was confirmed to be paid in 3-5 working days but now, 2 weeks later have been informed that the refund was not processed and I need to wait another 3-5 working days. Thankfully I had funds available to book a stay through a competitor (which went smoothly) but had I not, my surprise trip wouldn't have gone ahead. Customer service advisors are polite and responsive but overall experience has been really poor.
