Spa was booked for afternoon but hotel changed to morning and no refund offered
I booked a spa which specifically said arrival after 1pm and this was a live booking and confirmed with spaseekers only for the hotel to ring me and tell me that I would have to come in the morning as they did not have capacity for afternoon. Very disappointed as this was a birthday treat for a friend . We were only given an option to change the date but no refund. Very frustrating as it is not easy to to coordinate off days as we all work different shifts and had taken that day as unpaid annual leave . Spaseekers should at least offer refund if it is not the customers fault to cancel

Fantastic service and so many wondeful choices. I booked a spa day specially for pregnancy pampering for two. The team was excellent as I ran into a slight difficulty with my booking dates. The team at SpaSeekers.com - real humans with a fantastic service!

Could be easier
I didn't like the fact that I couldn't input 2 different voucher codes for 1 spa deal ... Plus the code system was quite tricky, everything had to be exactly right or the computer rejected the input. It took me a long time to book two spa deals for my Mum & I.
