Created by Abi Selby, Spabreaks.com is a spa booking service working with more than 1300 spa destinations in the UK and overseas and arranging spa days and breaks for up to 6,000 people each week. From a small team of three, we have grown to a family of more than 90 members of staff with an office of knowledgeable spa consultants in Brighton. But those are just the numbers. Spabreaks.com's founding principle was to make the world of spa more accessible to anybody and everybody who wanted to go. We wanted to bring back the ancient purpose of spas as places of sanctuary for mind and body. We wanted to showcase the variety of spa experiences available to every individual, occasion, location and preference. Crucially, we wanted to make spas more accessible to anyone with a major health problem or disability, and work with industry leaders to make sure that anyone who had previously felt marginalised never feels that way again. Over the past decade, that’s exactly what we’ve done. We believe in the many positive benefits of spa experiences and that they can and should be available to help the health and wellbeing of everybody. That’s why we are working to make spas accessible and enjoyable for every body by providing an unrivalled choice of spas and spa packages, through first class service and convenience for all of our customers. Reliable and professional!
I use SpaBreaks regularly and always have had a wonderful experience. This booking has also been excellent and also exceptional! I accidentally booked the wrong date and Bianka was responsive and on the case straightaway after I reached out, and it was all corrected within 48 Hours (because the venue took a little longer to confirm the amendment). Bianka was supportive and so helpful, and I really appreciate the support, and she is definitely a problem solver!

Went to use my voucher to book a spa…
Went to use my voucher to book a spa day at the Chewton Glen to find it couldn't be booked at the weekend even though I'd paid extra to allow it.
Called Spa breaks and Sophie sorted this all out and booked it over the phone allowing the Fri we wanted.
Still unsure why the website won't allow it when you specifically pay extra for fri-sun.
Great customer service from Sophie to resolve the issue. Thanks

Good facilities
The location and facilities are fantastic. Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. We booked for a overnight stay, with an evening meal, 50min treatment and breakfast.
Reason I gave it a 4* rating it because of the filter grille around the swimming pool had green algea on it. The floor was pretty dirty.
I wasn't really impressed with the massage. It was like the oil was just smoothed over my back, there was no or hardly any pressure. It included facial too.
Other than the above, the stay was really nice. Food was amazing.

Marine Hotel Spa Break
Wasn't able to book my Spa date via the Hotel so spoke with Karina via the helpline, who had me booked in within 5 minutes and sent a confirmation email and update. Super Service. Will definitely re book my Spa experiences via Soabreaks again.

Charlotte was very helpful as I was unable to find the spa day which my voucher was for, she took my voucher number and called the venue to see if they would honour it, Charlotte didn’t get an answer but told me she would keep trying and get back to me via email. She did and had booked my spa day for me for the date I wanted.

We booked a spa stay at The Voco hotel Reading it was INCREDIBLE!
For a overnight stay, treatment, dinner and breakfast all for under £100! And the hotel was awesome!
Couldn't fault them. They couldn't do enough for us. We haven't stayed at such a friendly hotel in years.
