Placed an order, which was accepted, on the 31st March.

After waiting patiently for 6 weeks, and looking longingly at the spot in the garden where I was planning on placing the store, I contacted them to chase it up.

I was told 'sorry, the order wasn't sent to the supplier and they are now showing out of stock with no delivery dates available.' and was offered a refund.

When pressed when they would inform me this was the case and offer a refund, they couldn't answer it - i'm guessing if only 1/100 people forget their order it would be a tidy little business.

At best, totally incompetent to potentially fraudulent - they have had my money for 6 weeks and made no attempt to fulfil the contract or provide a refund.

Please avoid this company at all cost. They are not interested in customer complaints and will try everything to avoid sorting a problem. They then result to threatening emails asking if you would like them to send information direct to a customer, ie blaming sometime else for there incompetence.

They also say that all cabins should be treated inside and out to avoid any issues. I have been supplying and erecting cabins for over 15 years and never have I had so many excuses to avoid helping a customer rectify a situation.

We own a landscaping company in Scotland, and have used Simply Cabins for previous orders. The level of service provided on our most recent order has been at best shambolic, and frankly embarrassing.

The main cabin building was delivered, and during assembly we indentified the door was incorrectly supplied. Upon notification Simply Cabins advised a new door would be dispatched asap. The replacement took over 6 weeks to be delivered, and upon opening was yet again incorrect (single glazed and not double glazed).

Whilst mistakes can happen, the response and level of customer service is what matters. Simply Cabins response to this matter was terrible. The customer and ourselves had to chase them regularly to receive any updates, and ended up getting in touch with their supplier and transport provider direct as Simply Cabins could not provide any information.

Strongly recommend avoiding this company, as when something goes wrong they do not want to know about it. AVOID.

Having decided on the cabin I wanted, I chose simply log cabins as they offered best value for money and a small deposit on order. I was kept fully informed of delivery into the UK and time frame for delivery to my home. It was delivered well within the time frame quoted and has now been erected. Delighted with the cabin and the whole process from order to delivery,

Ordered a Palmako Ines and advised about the lead time. 2 parts arrived damaged and these were replaced following a single phone call.
Company were a pleasure to deal with - they were honest about delivery times, dealt with problems promptly and had a reliable customer services team.
Also, cabin is excellent.

An excellent company to deal with. Up front they were very honest about expected delivery time (10 weeks) and unit arrived as promised. I had been concerned about the very tight space the package had to be delivered to and had been ready to unpack on the pavement and hand carry in but no need to worry as the driver managed to take it into my my garden without any problems.

Unlike other companies, they do not ask for the complete payment up front, only a deposit and the rest the week of delivery. This is very good.

We got the summer house built no problems but had an issue (door lock jammed) approx 5 months later but a quick call to simply log cabins and they got issue fixed by contacting suppliers overseas and organising a replacement to be sent. Great service indeed.

Received very good customer service from Simply Cabins. I required very specific criteria for my fish tank room, with information on internal head heights an important factor. Andrew spent a lot of time with on the phone with me - several times - to run through all the dimensions and what would suit my requirements best. He answered every single query and went above and beyond to help. Thanks Andrew!

Simply log cabins take your money in my case £2500 then when there is a part missing they just ignore your e-mails not a good company to deal with be careful when you spend a lot of money and they take it and forget you.......

A really bad experience. Ordered a summerhouse as perfect (not sale) which when it arrived had 2 parts missing which they did reorder and I got. But the summerhouse has been stored for too long so when we tried to put it together it was all twisted and damaged so therefore wouldnt go together properly. I emailed them 4 times and sent 20 pictures to show them the damage of which they are just ignoring my emails. I also reported a broken lock and they ignored this too. Very bad customer service and summerhouse was like a second of which they have not apologised for or done anything about. I wouldn’t recommend them. Very poor quality and value for money

Purchased the Prima 5th Avenue for self erect . Other than a couple of minor packaging issues of hardware it all went extremely well .
If a 70 year old can erect it on his own then anyone can !
Aimee at Simply Log Cabins was extremely helpful and dealt with the hardware issues very efficiently .
Lugarde delivered the cabin without any fuss , all items were very well packed and the hardware came in a very nice holdall together with the erection instructions . I would recommend this supplier for a very good quality product . A rare bit of praise from me indeed !!

We purchased a Norland Scotland 1 Corner Building from Simply Log Cabins Ltd without any options, but added insulation to the floor and roof as detailed on another suppliers website.

Despite some negative reviews, we found the experience very positive with a couple of problems concerning slight damage and a replacement lock having to be obtained from Estonia being dealt with to our satisfaction.

Great price and service. Highly recommended!
