Freezer arrived very damaged, they collected weeks ago. I am emailing and chasing for my refund and they are ignoring complete or just saying when they receive the damaged one back to the warehouse they will complete refund! It's been a month. They have their product and my money. I'm now seeking professional advice.

Promptly delivered, courier left in safe place and left delivery note. Item as described and looks fine.

Bought an integrated fridge, and freezer, and microwave! Took advantage of a bundle price, the appliances were already a great price. So all in all really satisfied. The delivery came the following day and the delivery guys (DX) were fab! Delivered them to our garage as requested with a cheery smile! I can’t say how good the appliances are yet, as they won’t be fitted for a little while, but so far, they look just the job!

Ordered oven shelf , received what looked like a small cooling tray . Definitely not what was shown in picture.
Found a phone number to call , could not be bothered with all the hassle so looks like I got a new cooling stand . I will buy oven shelf from elsewhere.

Replacement cooker extractor fan/hood ordered through ShipIt, Parcel Force delivered, well within the time parameters, filters followed a day later.

I ordered plinth heaters and they were delivered, but ended up not being needed. When I tried to return them I was told I needed to take photos of every package and send them to begin the process, which was done straight away. I was then told on the 28th on November that my refund was done!! I chased Ship It Appliances at least another five times via phone and email and kept being told sorry it will now be done, but each time it did not arrive. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he would call me back but they could not confirm this!! I then called again as no call from the manager and to my luck he actually answered. Yet another apology, but this time I stayed on the phone until my refund was actually done. Including placing my order and then chasing up my refund, this company had my money for over two months!! Steer clear of them and get your goods elsewhere, nobody should be made to wait this long to get their own money back, shocking service!!

Chest freezer - I brought a chest freezer from ship it as I needed one slightly smaller in width than regular ones. I ordered it easily and it was with me within a few days, which shocked me. The freezer is perfect and fits the space just as I wanted and the delivery was super quick. I will definitely use shot it appliances again.

DPD did not deliver on 22nd. as instructed on day they said. Next they said they would deliver again on the 24th, but never turned up at all. Still haven’t received item.

Very pleased with the service, great communication and fast delivery.

Item arrived damaged, contacted them, they asked if I could use the damaged item and have a partial refund, in the meantime I bought the same product elsewhere to negate the chance of damage, asked for a refund, they have responded 4 times in 4 weeks offering me an exchange even though I explained I don’t need it they still persist and no refund

Ease in locating the item I was searching for, simple to order. Delivery was quick and efficient. Delivery driver was very pleasant and helpful. Item was exactly what I was looking for.

Good prices. Quick, efficient and kept us informed of when our freezer was to be delivered.

This company should be avoided at all cost.
Brought a freezer it arrived withba huge dent around the controll dial which was almost hanging off, contacted them and was fogged off offering a partial refund which I refused lady there tried to convince me that vid would not effect the warranty. Told her im not prepared to have a huge dent in the front of a freezer for all to see. Eventually it was collected via DPD A week later after they received this still no refund
Contacted them again and they said once we have received it a credit will be made. Told her you have received it and sent her the tracking info from DPD which clearly shows its been received . Once I challenged them they now have gone all silent ignoring all my calls and emails. Now having to take legal action against them via trading standards.
Seriously avoid at all cost

I cancelled a previous appointment to await the delivery, when the van arrived the crew on the van informed me that my appliance had not been put on the van. To be fair they did return later that day but I had gone out as I didn't know they intended to return. They did arrive, in good time, on the following day. The couriers were very polite, apologetic and helpful.

Ordering was simple and delivery very quick, ideal as I had an electrician booked to install it.

Ordered fridge from B&Q ans Ship It Appliances was the verified supplier. Fridge was dented & scratched on all panels. The door was detached & dented because the bracket was bent.

I have contacted 4 times & sent photos but still no reply 7 days later. B&Q have also tried contacting & they have had no reply either.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The fridge arrived scratched and the door didnt close.
They didnt bother to respond to my email.

2nd update. As of the 30thbdecember I'm still yet to recieve my money back. Sent item back on the 15th and took 4 day to process my refund AVOID THIS COMPLANY

Updating due to awful service. Received item. Was damaged. Looked like it had been dropped. No confirmation that the collection is arranged, no confirmation on when I will recieve my refund. Not looking forward to the stress I'll no doubt have on trying to get my money back.

Helpful staff. Had a problem with delivery when I ordered. Called them and they rearranged delivery within a few hours.
