Superb service!

Absolutely awful company. Took my money on eBay, never delivered the item (Kitchen Splashback) Delivery was never attempted and was returned to seller by the courier. They then refused to answer any messages asking them to resolve the issue. To add insult to injury they had the honest and factual negative feedback that I left, removed from the platform. I'm now left trying to recover my money from eBay. Do not deal with them...they trade fraudulently.

Carbon filters for cooker hood arrived quicker than expected. They are good quality and value for money.
Two are definitely required for a standard hood. I'm very pleased with them 😁

I have used Ship it prior & they are still one of the best for price & service their is. I gave 4 stars as they didn't have stock of an item I wanted, I know it's mean & I would have given them 5 stars, but I might have to pay for delivery because of that.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. My cooker hood arrived prompt but the metal filter was damaged in the box, I emailed customer services four times to ask for a replacement, Twice received no response, third time got an email asking what I would like to do, replied with please send me a replacement filter, 1 week later no reply, emailed again Got the same email back asking what would I like to do. stay clear, use a reputable company.

Received freezer and damaged on one side. Obviously company knew it was already damaged as there were no marks on the box packaging, only the actual freezer itself. Slimy behaviour...

Chest freezer came damaged/dented. Sent two emails and no response, been over a week.

Item was damaged it looked like it had been dropped on its side so the door doesn't shut.
I got in touch with customer service sent in the pictures as requested, it was passed to a manager and a week later still no further forward it getting a replacement.
Terrible service.
After writing this review the fridge is now being exchanged.

Great buy great price fast delivery bought to replace similar microwave with rusty inside

Website was easy to navigate and found the required induction hob quickly. To add details such as address payment was simple and straight forward. Delivery was through DPD with a time slot and on time with no signs of damaged perfect in my book
