I ordered a SIA ceramic hob. It got good reviews and was an excellent price. It was delivered the day after I ordered it!! Can’t beat that!!! The hob arrived packaged well and in perfect condition.

Ordered a fridge from ship it, it was delivered on time. I realised I had ordered the wrong item by mistake ( I blame the chemotherapy treatment I was having). I didn't even unpack the fridge & contacted Ship it to arrange a return & refund. This was in mid April. I'm still waiting for a refund over a month later, I have contacted customer services twice & been told my refund request has been received & is with the finance department. I am still waiting for a refund & will be complaining to Tesco customer services & would not recommend purchasing from this company unless you like being frustrated & stressed.

Cookerhood fan doesn't work I've emailed them 3 times without a response I've phoned twice but just put on hold without speaking to anyone appalling DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Get their " ancient " typically British management to modernise their automatic customers care answering service.
Waited over 20 mins before putting the phone and listening to repetitive rubbish music!
Suggest their management get off their bums and visit other countries like Hong Kong to learn what customer care is all about , where the service is fantastic !!

Awful. Ovens are cheap and tatty. Replaced element and bought a new fan motor because broken fan motor caused element to break. Sent the wrong fan motor although my model was listed as it would fit. Item is tiny and came in a huge box which was unnecessary. Save your headaches by buying a reputable brand. Not this white label unknown brand nonsense

Product arrived a day early. Fortunately, there was someone home.

No problems with the chest freezer as yet, however, the persistent flow of emails encouraging me to take out an extended warranty suggests to me that they don't expect it to survive beyond 12 months.

I purchased a glass fronted fridge from this company . Upon delivery I noticed it was damaged and do contacted them immediately. They appeared really helpful and I thought that was taken care of . A week later I’m still awaiting for them to agree on a resolution. They ignore emails and have not made contact .

Item received undamaged and intact, delivered by a very nice delivery driver handed to us not just left on the doorstep.

Within 5 weeks of use one of the main body door seals came away. We reported the issue but were sent two videos of how to repair this ourselves with a screwdriver by taking the main metal door seal off. Obviously a well known design fault!

We reported that we were not comfortable doing this and requested a collection and refund. SIA claimed their warranty does not include wear & tear with seals. However the seal is not worn or torn - it’s fine - just come away from the body of the machine. This design is obviously an afterthought and this caused a leak across the kitchen. Awful design, terrible service - my experience would class them as rogue traders.

SIA have stalled any resolution actions by continuing to ask for information they already hold and ignoring our requests.

DO NOT BUY THIS TERRIBLE PRODUCT OR ANY OTHER PRODUCT FROM SIA.

I had previously never heard of Ship it Appliances but was after a small 2nd freezer. Size wise and model wise SIA kept coming up in the listings. After making sure the sight was legit which it was I went ahead and ordered. The product arrived two days later. Communication was superb all the way through, price was fantastic as was the product. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I order the splashback from the ship it appliances. on the day of delivery, DPD sent me an email that the item was broken and they sent the consignment back to the ship-it appliances. now I'm trying to contact Ship-It Appliances but the phone number for the compan y is not in use.i have emailed them three times but I still haven't received any reply. Now I'm going to contact PayPal for money back.

Given a hour slot for delivery, nice friendly and efficient.
