I'd had a SIA cooker hood for about 8 years, but unfortunately, the fan function ceased a couple of years back and since then, it's only use has been to provide a light over the hob. My wife had been on at me for some time to order a new one and I've finally just got around to doing so....
I 'phoned SIA and spoke to a very helpful lady who advised me which would be the best replacement for my old one and I subsequently found the model details on their website. Unfortunately, the hood was only available in black and I had wanted a white one. However, scrolling through the available hoods, I was really pleased to find one in red, which matched the accents in our kitchen and was actually cheaper than the price that I paid for my existing one 8 years back and also than the black one that I had intended buying! I ordered this red hood on the Monday afternoon and it arrived via DPD before lunch the next day. Amazing service from SIA! I've yet to remove the old one from the wall and fit this smart, new red one.....but it's on the agenda......so I've promised my wife, anyway!

Item arrived damaged and it took 2 weeks for a response to arrive from Ship It. That was at the end of February.
Im still waiting for my refund.
Avoid at all cost

Ordered from this company through Amazon. Item wasn't for me so returned it, they received my item back on 2nd March and stated a refund would take 7-10 working days. Today is 31st March and I'm still fighting for a refund.

Unbelievable considering they happily took my money instantly and it's taken almost a month and still not issued a refund.

I paid for signed return also so it clearly shows they have received it back.

If you value customer service, please avoid this company. I assume all their employees wear striped jumpers and masks when taking orders.

Ordered a small chest freezer on 20th February, it arrived promptly but was badly damaged and unusable. There followed 3 weeks of trying to get Ship It to collect it, offered a partial refund to start with! Bought if via B&Q who had to contact them several times to push the return. Finally got it collected 11th March but despite emails from me and B&Q they have still not refunded me! Most certainly wouldn't buy anything from them again, customer service is non existent.

Brilliant product at such a good price. The best part was how quickly the product was delivered, ordered on a Sunday evening and delivered first thing the next Tuesday. A fantastic experience, would definitely recommend this company.

Ordered a fridge which unfortunately arrived damaged, the door wouldn’t close, making it completely unusable.

Customer service initially offered a partial refund, which wasn’t appropriate given the item couldn’t be used. After explaining this, a return was arranged and the item was collected.

However, it has now been over a week since collection and I am still waiting for a refund, with delays being attributed to the courier rather than being resolved directly.

Overall, disappointing experience, issues can happen, but the handling and delays in resolving it have been frustrating.

The efficiency of ordering and speed of delivery was excellent

Bought a box of Hard as Nails adhesive at a price much lower than anywhere on the high street. Ordered on line at 4.00 pm on a Saturday and was delivered 10.30 am on Monday. Well packed and exactly what I ordered. Would buy again from Ship it Appliances.

Don’t bother ordering from this company if you’re relying on getting your items on time. My order has been delayed for 10 days and I still haven’t received it. To make matters worse, the refund process takes another 10 days. Really disappointing experience..
