Pleasant person on the telephone when ordering. The part arrived but unfortunately was damaged in transition but a phone call to Shipit and it was re-ordered and sent a replacement. Would definitely buy from them again if needed and highly recommend this company.

8Having read reviews I was a little dubious about ordering from this company, but the microwave we wanted, although available from other companies, was still despatched and shipped by "Ship It"?! The delivery was prompt, however....
It arrived damaged underneath unfortunately, so wouldn't sit straight on the counter surface, let alone in an integrated cupboard.
The 2 stars I've given are, at the moment for customer service and how quickly it was delivered and may improve. The microwave is hopefully being picked up soon by DPD, although I do have to stay in all day to pass this package over. There was no option to do anything else.
Customer services, asked for photos of said item, it's packaging and damage which were sent within hrs of it being delivered.
I have no idea when/if we will be reimbursed...so watch this space as I've read others have had problems.

Absolutely appalling treatment and customer service, with unacceptable delays and blunt responses after sending a clearly damaged item and being supplied with everything required, including images of the damage in the original packaging. This rather than being dealt with as you’d expect (common courtesy & resourcefulness as this was their fault) I was met with a ‘5 working day’ email response along with a ‘14 day’ timeframe after returning the item as sent. Unbelievably bad service and customer support.. PLEASE AVOID & don’t waste your time and money!!
Date of experience is recent but it’s taken me to this point 4 weeks and still ongoing with no refund.

I actually thought this was a scam, too good to be true,

No delivery of fridge freezer and now its 3 months later and I still haven't received my refund. shame on you SHip it and B & Q who are using these as suppliers. Useless customer services. they know who I am - i have contacted them about a million times, still nothing despite being told at the begining of June I would have my refund with 10 working days.

Sent a faulty hob which failed the gas test. Returns have been a nightmare, slow to reply, won’t speak on the phone beyond saying they’re online and must respond to emails (and then continue to not respond to emails). What could’ve been a simple return and replacement has been a terrible process. A week later, I’m still sat with a dangerous job and an unfinished kitchen. Wish I’d gone with a better company with more reliable policies and customer service.

Ordered a replacement charcoal filter for my overhead kitchen extractor, arrived the following day, packaged ok and arrived undamaged. Competively priced compared to other outlets. Highly recommended and I will definitely be using them again,

I cannot fault this company with my own experience. Everything went smooth. I ordered a small chest freezer one day and it arrived within 2 days. My freezer is perfect and the m very happy .😊

delivered on time but in opening the packaging the door was as if it had spent the day in some war zone - i took photos that are time stamped and will correspond with less than 5 minutes from the time i signed for it so they can’t say it was done afterwards !!!! Let’s see how good their customer services are

Shocking company, even worse customer service. I bought 3 cooker hoods from them. Every single one was damaged. I kept the last one on the basis of receiving a 10% discount as the damage could be hidden. I’ve been trying for weeks on end to get my discount and they just make up situations that don’t exist to be evasive and avoid any kind of refund. I’m still arguing with them now. The money is irrelevant, the principal that they are just fly by night cowboys trying to defraud the public is a different thing altogether. I’m going to raise a complaint with Amazon as they allow these bloodsuckers to use their platform.

Purchased a fridge freezer via Amazon with a two year warranty which stopped working within the warranty period. Ship it Appliances Ltd Claim they haven’t received instructions from Amazon and now the warranty period has expired… and they can only send a part from a list they want to send me … but how the do I know what part is required for the fix! Every message I have sent it takes Ship it Appliances Ltd 3-4 days to recieve a reply. Awful customer care and awful quality of appliances spend a little more and order your appliance from reputable sellers like Curry’s and AO!!!!

Bought a tumble dryer on 30/12/2025. It stopped working on 28/04/2026. I contracted ship it ltd straight away and have contacted them several times since. They have sent me a message today advising me to take a video of the problem, even though I have explained that the problem is that the dryer no longer heats to dry the clothes. They will not proceed before I have sent this video because they need to check if the product is still under warranty??Avoid this company because judging by all other reviews when something goes wrong you will not get a bean out of these cowboys

Excellent service and very quick dispatch

Ordered a fridge through Tesco market place on 08/05/2026. Arrived, not suitable for needs. Collected, on the Friday. Phoned them on the Tuesday after to confirm they had it. Which they did. Then had numerous calls with their C/S department to obtain my refund. Would not put me through to the finance team or give me a number for them. Just kept giving excuses. not until a month later after contacting Tesco with my complaint did they refund me on 09/06/2026.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will do their best to keep your money.

Discusting how draws and fronts are not covered under warranty when ever time you open freezer draw it cracks split’s and breaks I’ve already replaced 3 at a cost of over a £100 discusting don’t even go there please.
