Excellent service, product and orice.

I ordered two hood filters but only one arrived so I contacted the customer service department and spoke to Sarah who apologised for any issues and then said that they would send another one out to me. It came the following day. Great service.

Terrible

Had to return item that arrived damaged. They took ages to confirm receipt and then when finally did, they kept stalling and stalling and stalling and stalling to give me my refund.

Customer services seemed unable to communicate with their finance team with any semblance of effectiveness.

After weeks of chasing and getting the same delaying tactics, I had to claim my refund via my credit card company under a s75 claim.

What a disgraceful way to run a business.

Shame on you all to treat customers like that.

Having received a under-counter fridge with numerous large dents, Ship It Appliances will NOT refund me or compensate me in anyway. Do not use this company. They are disgusting.

Absolutely appalling experience. I ordered a fridge which arrived damaged and completely unusable. I explained that I have small children and urgently needed either a replacement or a refund, but there was virtually no communication or urgency whatsoever.

I have had to make over 20 phone calls and send more than 15 emails just to try and get this resolved. I was eventually told that my refund would be issued once the damaged fridge was returned, which I did.

Yet again, there was no acknowledgment or communication. I had to chase them again, only to be told that my refund would be processed within 10 days.

It has now been over 15 days and I still have not received my money.

The amount of time and effort I’ve had to spend chasing a company for a refund for an item that arrived damaged is completely unacceptable.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Stay well away!

First time using ship it and it has been a pleasant experience for easy ordering to fast delivery to a lovely delivery driver I will be using them in the future and would highly recommend them

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Paid for a microwave which never ever arrived. Still chasing my refund 2 months later after a ridiculous amount of emails to chase my money.

Fantastic product for price delivery was next day and customer service was second to none

Company is shocking - customer services is shocking.
Bought an appliance on the 8/07/26 arrived damaged took a week for them to arrange collection. Was received back with them on 20/07/26 and I still DO NOT have a refund on the 04/08/26 - 19 days later!!! Company make any excuses - the customer service representatives are plain Rude - AVOID!!

Despite my faulty fridge been returned to this company I am still waiting for my refund - I would advise everyone to avoid this company

I am in bournemouth and the delivery was for southampton but had notice of arrival and was able to arrange someone to be there I have puchased a few items from ship it appliances Oven excellent,tubler dryer that seems very good as well about 3 years ago Hob had rusted out a bit but gets a lot of use so this time I have opted for a ceramic one All excellent service Many thanks and such a quick delivery

Smooth process item as advertised delivered with care

Bought an SIA cooker hob through these guys and although it arrived ok, they were useless when I had an issue and had to deal directly with the manufacturer who were even more useless! No one seems to want to help these days

I did experience some issues placing the order from Italy but that to one side, everything from cost of appliances ,quality and quick delivery for me five stars.

A total fail on this occasion. They failed to deliver a fridge freezer the Friday that they said they would. It was supposed 'Next Day Delivery' item. I took the day off for the delivery. I did not get any other choice of day.
I kept calling and had no idea where my fridge was or would be arriving. They then made absolutely ZERO communication about it for another ELEVEN days!
I cancelled it after six days. The cancellation was confirmed. Another six days later I got message saying they would be delivering it the next day! I was told I'd have to stay in and refuse the delivery and then wait for the refund. Unbelievable.

Excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the freezer arrived damaged, but the seller responded quickly and professionally. A replacement freezer was delivered the very next day, and the damaged one was collected a couple of days later at no extra cost.

Communication was clear throughout the process, and the issue was resolved promptly and without any hassle. I'm very pleased with the service and would happily buy from this seller again. Highly recommended!

June 9th Ordered a SIA LFS01BL/E 48 cm under counter larder fridge, through Tesco market place sold by Ship it Appliances.
Awful customer service and total disregard to accepting fault with the item purchased.
Fridge was not fit for purpose, believed to be down to an issue with seal so door not fully closed. Food spoiled. Turned thermostat up, caused food to freeze.
Customer services asked for photos and images of seal, location of fridge. Also advised to use heat on seal with warm cloth and hairdryer. Did not work. Still in dispute with the seller who claim the photos aren't proof seal is faulty will not provide a refund.
Also asked if I wanted to return item, it had to be unused and in original packaging!
Have now ended up purchasing another fridge from a reputable company who actually care about their customers!
Do not use ship it Appliances and avoid the SIA fridge!

Horrific.
Purchased a fridge freezer - gap in seal on arrival - I was told to put a hair dryer on it to seal it? The fridge was also overheating - literally scorching to touch.
I have been liaising with customer service who advised that the Manager had said that I could have a 10% refund as a good will gesture …. Insulting. The product is not fit for purpose.
I have been without a fridge / freezer through the hot temperatures.
The situation still remains unresolved.
Stay clear of this company and purchase from a reputable company.
Damaged goods for sure with no respect for consumers or their rights.
