First impressions matter.
First impressions matter. Seeing handsome cars in a smart showroom is a good start. I was able to deal with the same person right through the purchase and he was very helpful and friendly. A slight drawback was the almost total lack of accessories on the MB website. The model has been in the showrooms since March. Had to go elsewhere for rubber floor mats. Also the website used for taxing new cars and completing online paperwork seems a bit temperamental. Nothing to do with the people though. Overall, a very good experience.

Criminal fault on delivery
Avoid this desler! I bought a supposedly ex demonstrator eqa 250+ from sandown epsom . Minimal handover. Two weeks later had dlow puncture. Went to kwik fit when i geot back from a cruise. They and i were horrified to find a temporary repair in the tyre. It shoukd not have been driven over 40mph and 150 miles but at no time was i warned or advised of this fault there on delivery! Most dismissive replies and nos taking tgem go snall claims court. Avoid

Khayam was friendly and very professional in his approach from our initial enquiry to collection of our
car. He went to great lengths to explain the features of the model, arrange a test drive and get us through the order process. Khayam also set up the 'app' for us to cover the various digital extras. We would definitely use Mercedes at Slyfield, Guildford again.

It's all about how the dealership treats potential customers. From the get-go, the attitude of salesperson David at MB Guildford enabled my buying decision to be made within 2 telephone calls. David's approach was professional and structured, with just enough flexibility to get me over the line. I am a retired salesperson and often find the car buying process very tedious and frustrating. In this instance, David got it spot-on and made it worth a very long journey to pick up my car.
